Golfie Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 We've tried Target, Circuit City, and Best buy - no one has Polar White DS Lites. A guy at Target said they discontinued the Polar White DS Lite. Can someone confirm this?

Wow, you talked to the uncle's father relative of the guy at Cedar Point who works at the Dippin' Dots stand. Yeah, he's pretty reliable ... The Polar White DS ain't going nowhere for a while. As a matter of fact, recently all of the stores near me have been upgrading their displays from the old Fatty DS displays to the ones that feature the DS Lite in the color known as... Polar White. The guy at Target was messing with you. However, as to why you can't find a white DS, its popularity really. Since many people like white more than say black or pink, they've been flying off shelves. The DS Lite is probably as hard to find as the Wii as of right now! This is probably the only time I have seen DS' flying off shelves since the unit was released back in 2004. < Remembers getting the last DS at Wal-Mart back in January 2005. That was probably the last one in the entire town!

onewheeled999 Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 *sigh* It sucks when you get an original DS earlier, then lose both of the stylus. Then you have to either find an old starter kit or Screen Protector package that isn't for the lite, or get a lite. Dang upgrades. T_T
