I am also on a diet right now, but a different diet...... I need to gain weight!
My diet started 8 weeks ago, and I went from a BMI of 19,5 to 21.
What is my diet?
In morning for breakfast and in the evening before going to sleep, I take a shake wich contains a banana, a scoop of protein,2 scoops of weight gainer and a scoop of brinta (dutch kind of wheat product) and milk.
During my diet I go to the gym 4 times a week to work out real intense.
So most of the new weight is muscle mass and not fat.
And you know what the best thing is: I feel GREAT!
