ParkTrips Posted January 9, 2007 Share Posted January 9, 2007 armed with a bunch of random meats and a huge baguette-style loaf of bread, I decided to make a sandwich that probably should have killed me. This is one of several "Cooking with Joe" TRs that I have done, and I have to admit that this was likely my best product, so enjoy! seriously, it gets a nice thumbs-up. YAY for not effing it up like last time I hope you enjoyed this edition of 'cooking with Joe' and there is the final product, after 5 mins in the oven and maybe 20 mins of total prep. And get this.. it was GOOD!!! So much so I actually saved the leftovers, so if anyone wants some just stop by my house. Remember Kids - always wrap up your sausage, you wouldn't want it to go bad because of a silly mistake it looks so pretty baking! Now to add the cheese, as if there wasn't enough fat in this meal .. so I think I'll pour on a bunch! mmm, now that's a pretty good spicy BBQ sauce Here's where I got smart and used the bread remains to support the sandwich since I didn't want an open-faced meal! Next I added the brisket and already its looking pretty awesome! It wouldn't be a 'Cooking with Joe' if there wasn't some spices! This one is for Dave because he would kill me if I didn't use McCormick that sausage and stake looks good! oh yeah, I used them to cut the bread, which I gutted to make room for as much meat as is humanly possible I don't remember what I used them for, but c'mon, knifes are awesome!!! I have a nice collection of meat growing! You people probably know by now how much I love sausage! yup... done! so with a few mins to kill while stuff was cooking, I had a chance to piss off my mom's cat. I swear this thing thinks its a dog cause it always acts like a bitch a min and a half will work to start, once I rotated the meat around a bit I threw it in for another minute and it was all good! getting the brisket ready, I will just be reheating it in the microwave .. so I attached the grille with the cleaning thingy yeah that's gonna need to be cleaned some of you have been giving me crap about spending a bunch of money, but see, I can be frugal! On sale!!! lol, virgin. Hi Joey, Jahan, Ryan.... and 2/3 of TPR mmmm is that steak I see? yeah I'll toss some of that in too! Â - I saw your quadboob through your shirt! Â - No wonder you don't want to bother with school or work, you're going to be dead in less than 10 years anyways!
