Cameron Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 ^ awesome! I grew up in Doncaster Australia (a suburb of Melbourne). On the way to Alton Towers (on the UK trip last year) I saw signs for your Doncaster, and really wanted to go there and see how it compares to the Australian version. I have a hunch that the original (yours) is far superior! Cameron.

SigENeaT Posted May 7, 2007 Posted May 7, 2007 Hi guysss, i'm Callum I'm 20, male *giggles* and enjoy long walks on the beach. Currently residing in Perth, Western Australia (Aussie land!! =D ) however i get forced on to planes so many damn times by my boss these days that i may as well just pitch a tent in the ol' 727! Oh and on a side note; Robb you probably wont read this but i think i'm in love with you <3 (Plutonically or supersonically or whatever the word is...) Last week you were the 30-sumptink year old who (along with your partners in crime) made me split my sides from laughter due to various videos and park reviews on your site.. today i can praise you for CoD:UO ^_^
swampfox Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 Well, my name is Trent, I live in eastern North Carolina. I used to live 30 minutes from Kings Dominion, and for the past 2 1/2 years, have lived close to nothing. Still got to KD 4 times last summer though, and the Pavilion in Myrtle Beach before it was demolished. I will move away from here in a year, but to where I don't know. I'm thinking Pittsburgh or Charlotte, but if I have to.... Richmond (ick). Oh well, if I move there, I can work at Kings Dominion I guess. I got into coasters when I was 11. My dad forced me on the Scooby Doo when I was 4 and i didn't ride another coaster until 11. It traumatized me. I hope to get to Cedar Point and Kings Island finally this summer, as well as doing my normal trips to Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens Europe and Carowinds. Besides theme/amusement parks, I enjoy metal and rock music, mostly old stuff like Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Styx, Kansas, Kiss... I'm also a film major in college. So I hope to do some screenwriting in the future.
llykstw Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 I'm Scott, from London. I'm 31, been to quite a few parks over the years. My love of coasters started at the old Dreamland/Bembom Brothers in Margate (RIP). My Dad went on the original Looping Star (this is back in the early 1980s), and I was too young/short. The trauma of not being allowed on the ride stayed with me, and so I now take every opportunity to get a credit. So far, I've visited: Florida - Busch Gardens, WDW parks, IOA Europe - Walibi Belgium, Walibi Holland UK - Alton Towers, American Adventure, Lightwater Valley, Flamingoland, Dreamland Margate (returned just before it shut to get those credits!), Thorpe Park, Chessington, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, probably a few others Hong Kong - Disney Land.

Maybe we will see us at the Mini Europe Trip 2007 Drievliet - Jungle River Onride

EmBy Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 Hi All, I've been visiting the site for a few years now for the great reviews and photos, but most importantly for the comedy, especially on the trip reports. So I've finally decided to join up. I am 27 and from Dublin, Ireland and have been into Theme Parks for the past 4/5 years. I have mainly visited parks in the UK and also some in Europe and the US too. My favourite type of coasters are woodies. Being from Ireland, you get used to traveling alot, especially when you want to go on a coaster. There are some flat rides and the occassional ghetto funfair turns up a couple of times a year. Bit of a pitty but luckily the UK is very close. So, I hope thats enough for you all, and I look forward to joining in with the forums. Emmett

Mister_J Posted May 12, 2007 Posted May 12, 2007 Hello I am Jacob, nice to see you all at theme park review. I live in the Detroit, MI area.
I love DW Posted May 13, 2007 Posted May 13, 2007 I forgot to do this a couple of days ago so here it is. My name is Zac I and I live in Southern Illinois. I really started liking coasters in 2004 and have rode all of the coasters at any park that I have been to since. Before that I had only rode a couple but wasn't really into them that much but now I can't get enough of them. Also I don't really go to parks just for coasters. I love riding them but I think park experiences should go way beyond coasters, when I go to theme parks I like to be entertained (meaning coasters, flats, water rides, shows, games, shops, theming, etc.) I don't just like flat out thrill parks I go for the experience more than anything.

Peejay Posted May 13, 2007 Posted May 13, 2007 Hi everyone! My name is Peter and I live near Frankfurt in Germany (about 1 1/2 hours away from Holiday Park). So far I've been on 75 coasters and my first coaster was Superwirbel at said Holiday Park when I was 6 years old (it's still running in the shadows of Expedition GeForce). In 2002 and 2006 I visited the US what was totally awesome. Those were more the kind of sightseeing trips, but I still got to go to Cedar Point, Magic Mountain and Universal Studios Hollywood. I hope I'm able to do more coaster related trips in the near future. Beside theme parks I like movies, going to concerts, meeting friends, snowboarding and inline skating.
orangecats2 Posted May 16, 2007 Posted May 16, 2007 and i want to introduce myself. i'm carrie from ohio. i'm 34 and live with my fiance. the main park i go to is cedar point. also geauga lake is close. been to kings island twice and sfw once. i think my coaster credit is only about 35. i plan to go to canadas wonderland and marineland this summer so i will get a couple more. we have season passes to cedar point and got the max plus pass to be able to get into all of their parks. i just bought two tpr shirts and can't wait to wear them, especially to parks. my email is orangecats2@yahoo.com if anyone wants to contact me. or ask me something about our trip to cedar point last sunday.

Pufferfish Posted May 20, 2007 Posted May 20, 2007 Hi, my name is Andrew and I live in South Carolina just a few miles south of Carowinds. I have always liked coasters, but I guess you can say that I didn't start becoming an enthusiast until I was 8 and I got a hold of Rollercoaster Tycoon. I have been insane about coasters ever since.
