apollo210 Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 I'm not gonna visit anypark in the next year... Too far away. Astroworld was 7 miles away... Dude, you can always take a vacation somewhere and go to a park there.
Homer Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Homer's Agenda; *Cypress Gardens- after graduation or on a senior skip day. Hopefully Starliner would be open, but thats a little bit of a gamble. *TPR Midwest Trip. Thats it so far...
thrillrideseeker Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Cedar Point May 23! Silver Dollar City June 18! Six Flags Magic Mountian July 29 (my 19th Birthday)!! Magic Springs August 20!! ~Matthew
Astat Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I plan on going on a credit run next summer that will include: Cedar Point (Maverick) Geauga Lake (missing 3 credits there) Kennywood Dorney Park Hershey Park SFKK and possibly a few other smaller parks, plus maybe another trip to Kings Island, even though I have all those credits. Regardless, it's the first year I'm gonna be able to go on my own trips, so I wanna get some out-of-state credits without having to travel too far. I might even plan my trip so it meets up with the TPR Midwest trip at a couple parks, I dunno yet.
apollo210 Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Here are my confermed data: 1. At least 2 major parks: one of them must be out of area (father than New York City). 2. Four trips to Canobie. 3. 1 trip to Funtown Maine. 4. Two fairs 5. At least 1 TPR meet up in the area (if possible).
Airtime&Gravity Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Nothing confirmed, but if all goes well, which it won't, then: Cedar Point Valley Fair Geauga Lake Michigan's Adventure Kings Island Holiday World(maybe) Six Flags St. Louis(?) Worlds of Fun(?) Six Flags Great America Canada's Wonderland Kings Dominion Six Flags Great Adventure(?) Six Flags New England(?) La Ronde(?) Great Escape(?) Basically it's Cedar Fair, but maybe Six Flags if I have time

niiicolaaah Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 New parks planned at the moment are:Heide Park Europa Park Holiday Park Parc Asterix Southend Camelot Flamingoland Re-visits- Alton Thorpe Chessington Port Aventura Disneyland Paris Drayton Manor Maybes- Lightwater Valley Phantasialand Tibidabo (spelling?) And I'm sure a few others will come up. No Blackpool?!?! If I was in England and could visit only one park, it would definitely be Blackpool. Especially above Drayton. But that's just my opinion.
Jim Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 We will be visiting BGE and PKD- home parks. Our first vacation we will visit Dollywood, Ghost Town in the Sky, Santa's Land, Lake Winnie and Alabama Adventure. All of these will be new except Dollywood. Second one will be to Ocean City, Md. (1rst time). Our third one will be to Knoebels, Bowcraft and Del Grosso's (if they get Revolution built). We will also visit Carolina Crossroads next year if they get Zippin Pippin built. These trips will bring my park count to over 90 visited and over 330 coasters ridden.
matteocrepaldi Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 I think that 2007 is going to be one crazy year for me. I'll start in March with WB MOVIE WORLD MADRID and PARQUE DE ATTRACCIONES. Also around spring I'm gong back to EUROPA PARK and HOLIDAY PARK. Then I hope to come back to Spain in May for a visit to PORT AVENTURA. A visit to MIRABILANDIA around July and the MIDWEST TRIP in August. Finally in September another trip to Germany but this time I'll do PHANTASILAND and HEIDE PARk or WAIBI WORLD. Plus I'm thinking about getting a season pass for GARDALAND.
Astat Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 Now that I think about it, since I know I'm going to CP and GL at least once next year, and probably Dorney, I think I'll buy a Maxx Pass and hit up Michigan's Adventure and maybe Kings Dominion too.
Fry Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 No Blackpool?!?! If I was in England and could visit only one park, it would definitely be Blackpool. Especially above Drayton. But that's just my opinion. I don't really like Blackpool. I went this April and that'll do me for sometime I might go if I'm like, a few miles out or something to get on Traumie again (which I loved), but, no, I don't like it enough to really bother with the expense when I could be getting credits . And I'm only about 45 minutes from Drayton. So, while it's not the nicest, it seems rude to not hit up Apocolypse.
verticalzero Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 Parks for 2007 Season are: Thorpe Park Chessington Paulton's Park Oakwood Park Heide Park and Bobbyjanland Hopefully Alton Towers and Drayton, not been to both parks since 2002.
Millenium Man Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 Might not do all of these parks but: Kings Island Holiday World SFKK Worlds of Fun Valleyfair! SFST.Louis Paramounts Kings Dominion Paramounts Carowinds SFGA Michigan's Adventure Coney Island SFGADV SFNE Dorney Park
christianscoasters Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 Since I (as a 13 year old) do not make enough money to send me and my family around to go to amusement/theme parks, I have to rely on my mom. She does not like to go on vacation and go to an amusement park. I will try to convine her to go to one or two of the following places: Silver Dollar City(Branson, Missouri) Celebration City (Branson, Missouri) Mt. Olympus (Wisconsin Dells) Worlds Of Fun (Kansas City, Missouri) Joyland (Wichita, Kansas -- They have an INSANE wooden roller coaster, just get in the back seat, AIRTIME!!!) I am DEFENITELY going to Wild West World in Park City, Kansas (I live about 15 minutes from it. I'll see what I can do to get construction photos. Probably SF Elitch Gardens with my dad who lives in Denver. Cedar Point (U Know) Paramount's Kings Island I wish I had the money to travel around the US.
