MylesG4L
Premier Rides First pieces of FT getting shipped out so they can sit in the overflow lot for 5 months.......   I would think that the delay (if you call it that) would NOT be SFMM fault this time, if the parts are just being shipped out now. Right?  I would think the manufacturer would send out the parts of their products when the clients "theme parks/amusement parks" are ready to get them, so it might be on SFMM cause they recently just finished clearing the land. Double0Kevin
^^^Miss sarcasm much? I am not talking about your comment, but the lack of work done to date comments  Do the pieces of the ride need to be present in order to do ground work and pour concrete? I mean, Cedar Point took out Disaster Transport 3 months ago and GateKeeper has a completed lift, first drop and inversion. SFMM took out Log Jammer over a year ago, and they don't even have a footer poured yet. I would definitely say a delay is or would be in no way Premier's fault.  But we are all kind of used to it with Six Flags by now...
Manic Monte
^ Yeah except Iron Rattler is already well under construction, so it's not a chain wide problem, it's just where SFMM is concerned.

Invertalon
We will be visiting SFMM Jan 5th or 6th... Saturday and Sunday... What can we expect for crowds? First time to Cali and those parks so we are hoping nothing too bad. If it is, we plan on some type of fastpass but maybe it is a slow time? Â Appreciate any general idea... Also going to Knotts/Disney that week as well.
Double0Kevin
^It's going to be really slow. You won't need to worry about lines at SFMM or KBF. At Disney the only lines you might find would be Cars Land, but even then I would expect RSR to be under an hour. January is a really slow time of year for SoCal parks. It's pretty much become the only slow season for them.

Sir Clinksalot
Actually, that may not be the case this year. If you bought the $64.99 Gold Pass you have to activate it by January 6th, so a LOT of people may be going up that weekend to activate their passes they get for Xmas. Guy T. Koepp
Guys, the ride is super short it won't take all that long to set up  So was Lex Luthor. And they already had the tower built for it! All they had to do was slap a couple of winches, track, motor, and cables on it and poof! Instant drop tower! They couldn't even open that on time. TopThrill182
From Ride Entertainment Group of Companies facebook  Am I the only one who thinks this looks really ugly? haha Why are there so many wires? It looks like a radio tower.
WFChris
^ The wires are there to stabilize the towers because this is a temporary installment. A permanent version of this ride would have thicker towers and a more substantial base system, thus eliminating the need for wires. I have a feeling this is something that doesn't look as bad in person. Kinda like when you take a picture of the sunset that you think is all awesome, but then you look at the picture and all you can see are power lines and other city type things. TopThrill182
^ Why is it a temporary installment, though? Admittedly, I haven't been following this thread religiously, but I was assuming this thing would stick around for a while.
