MylesG4L
I know I'm off topic a little bit. but I really do hope that SFMM 2013 coaster will top Cedar Point's "gatekeeper" by far. their coaster leaked and it looks AMAZING. please SFMM bring us enthusiasts something the world will end for. Â Still the trendsetter of the Amusement Park Community! Â MM is rumored to get a nice terrain launch coaster. Gatekeeper is one of the best coasters I've seen since Intimidator 305! MM is going to have to pour in some SEROUIS cash to top this one. Â the leaked photos are in my signature if anyone cares. bottom_feeder_13
On the subject of Full Throttle: Since SFMM is so record happy I could really see this being an S & S compressed air launcher with the highest launch acceleration in the world which would be amazing since the only launch coaster at the park has a really pathetic launch. Not to mention that the new S & S trains look like pure sex.
Xceleratorfan96
During summer, SFMM's best days to visit are Tuesday thru Thursday. Friday people are starting their weekend and Monday they are ending it. I wouldn't mind a world record loop, but that's about it.There's not enough room for fastest and I don't think we could have tallest on this coast with the earthquake standards. But I'm not sure. I always wanted them to have a sit down coaster that features what I call an "innie outie" corny the name is lol but it's similar to Tatsu's heart/pretzel loop. will that even be possible for a sit down without flying off? Manic Monte
^ SFMM already has several what I'd call "biggie" sized B&Ms, the largest of which (Tatsu) is still one of my faves. Gate Keeper looks fantastic, but for SFMM, I'm looking forward to what Premier or Intamin can come of with for a launch coaster. This is the type of ride SFMM needs imo. SLUSHIE
Probably possible. Something like a non inverting loop, but starting and ending at the top. Â I really hope this is a major ride they have planned, and not something like Superman at SFDK. How lame would it be if this just ended up being some sort of version of that, using the old monorail tunnel/station as the station.
Manic Monte
^ I don't know, sounds pretty awesome to me! But I suspect SFMM's coaster will use more of the terrain, as they obviously have more space to work with than SFDK.
Xceleratorfan96
Whoever said SFMM need another good sit down coaster is a genius. I have started thinking I really wish SFMM could add sit down B&M trains to Riddlers. I feel like if they make it like Maverick with some inversions and some airtime/goodies the gp won't look at it like another big coaster like Goliath nor another inversion coaster like Scream. disneyfan1313
^ While I am not sure that SFMM needs another sit down coaster, you do bring up an interesting point. Do stand ups really add value to parks anymore? I'm not sure the GP really enjoy them - although Green Lantern at SFGrAdv is doing well so I could be wrong! Â Riddlers already has 5 inversions, 6 if you count the inclined loop. Doing what you propose would be so expensive they might as well build a completely new coaster. Tmcdllr
I've always wondered how a sit down train would feel on that ride myself, it might actually be even more fun.
LaMapa
Riddler had the longest line in the park on Friday, so I think it is still popular. It usually has a decent size line whenever I go.
A.J.
I'm not sure if Sitting Coaster trains on Riddler's Revenge would make the ride better. B&M Standing Coasters have a really high heartline. The banked curves and corkscrews that were designed around the high heartline might become uncomfortable to ride through.
MrSum1_55
^^^Actually, I think that statement applies to all standup coasters. Â I have yet to ride a single standup from any manufacturer that would not be made more fun with sit down trains. (Even the Togo standups would probably be less horrific) Â Also, if B&M were to upgrade standups to floorless coasters, then why not just add high raised seats? Then, the heartline can be just fine. Â Also, it seems like Togo doesen't even use heartlines, so there is no problem there, either.

Double0Kevin
^^It's commonly known as a Higgs Boson paritcle. Or the God Particle. Or just GP for short.  Oh wow... if the GP has anything to do with god, the universe, or just general existence, kill me now.  ^ the gynecologist police.  One word for this response... Awesome.  Riddler had the longest line in the park on Friday, so I think it is still popular. It usually has a decent size line whenever I go.  This can also be attributed to the longer load time required by stand-ups. I mean they take so long that CP elects to run 2 trains rather than 3 on Mantis because they can't get any higher throughput due to the slow load time.  The same reason green lantern borowed riddler's spare train instead of getting their own... $$$$$$  Well, if you have one you aren't using, why not? I don't think that is really an argument against buying a new train and more so smart thinking by using the assets you already have. Why dole out money for something new when you have a perfectly good one lying around not being used.
Jew
^Because now you don't have a spare to throw online/steal parts from if anything goes wrong or a scheduled rehab is due.
