Photo TR: shesaidboom and 307 do a bunch of parks
BeemerBoy replied to shesaidboom's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Yeah, I've noticed this a lot. I guess part of it is that we really don't know many people on here. Oh well, will still post more TRs I agree Joe. I think it's just that phenomenon of some (most?) people being afraid of intelligence. Sadly, a post with quality and substance is avoided like the plague most times. Anyway, GREAT TR guys. Keep up the good work! -

So could Superman:TE be outfitted for something like this in the future? Sorry, I'm not real familiar with SFMM or S:TE, and I'm too lazy to find a pic at the moment, so I'm just sort of curious. -

Nice report, and props on the Lake Winnie t-shirt. It's a shame to hear Beast may be getting worse. -
I'm not an expert on this, but isn't it the Jesus and Mary Chain? As for my faves...call it a 3-way tie: Pearl Jam Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band Bruce Springsteen and the E. Street Band

How did these rules become so difficult to follow? One movie= one line. I know that's tough, but come on. Supercrack, if you're still around...good game man, a shame the simplicity of it gets lost because some folks are too lazy to read the first post.

This is a great PSA for safe sex. Too many women keep giving birth to degenerates like these two. Although, I find it amusing how staged this all was. Honestly, how many people (especially in Vegas) are actually stupid enough to leave cash in the car? Good attempt at a "real life" situation.

Umm, what? Anyway, my vote goes to the Gran Prix (or whatever they've decided to call it today) @WDW Magic Kingdom. -
^^I'll read a couple of lines, but not the whole freakin' song.

Cedar Point (CP) Discussion Thread

This thread is seriously out of control now.....and I love it. There's nothing like a good comedy. The only thing missing is on-site soil samples and Kinzel's family tree being analyzed. -
Sadly perhaps, another good bet would be how many they could name in that pic....

Anyone from Louisville or Charlotte?
BeemerBoy replied to Rachel127's topic in Random, Random, Random
Well, this is a tough one to answer for someone else. It kinda depends what you like, right? I had a friend who lived in Louisville, Klantucky, err, Kentucky for a year and said it was the most miserable one of his life. Since you're a coaster fan, at least you'd have SFKK, HW, and Beech Bend within reach, but personally I'm not sure that'd be enough to get me to live there (no offense to those who do...seriously). As strange as this may sound, NC is probably a closer fit to what you're used to in Phoenix. That's taking into consideration the natural beauty, the friendliness of the people, and the quality of life of both places (again, just my opinion....and yes, I've been to both places, folks). I can't speak for all the restaurants in Charlotte, but I imagine you'd find a pretty good selection to waitress in. My vote goes to Charlotte, hands down on this one. -
Okay, I'm kinda with Julie on this one....do we really need to see the entire song? I'll just spit out a bunch of lines that come to mind right away. First, the single greatest line in the history of music: "Flagpole Sitta" - Harvey Danger "Redemption Song" - Bob Marley "The Gambler" - Kenny Rogers "That's Life" Written by: D. Kay, K. Gordon Sung by "The Chairman of the Board" (Google it kids "Tin Cup Chalice" - Jimmy Buffett (these won't be real popular, but they mean a lot to me) "We Are The People Our Parents Warned Us About" - Jimmy Buffett "Changes In Attitudes, Changes In Latitudes" - Jimmy Buffett "If The Phone Doesn't Ring, It's Me" - Jimmy Buffett "Wish You Were Here" (Waters, Gilmour) - Pink Floyd And finally, one song in particualr that just couldn't be broken up. IMHO, it's the greatest rock song ever written. Each verse is brilliant on its own, but all together, the song is brilliant from beginning to end: "Born to Run" - Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band

My vote goes to Germany. Why? Because Italy wasn't a choice. "High kickin', low scorin' action.....and ties?...yooouuuu betcha." A free corner kick for the first to identify that quote. Scott "besides the UEFA cup, this is the only time I'll watch soccer" B.

Ah yes, Poker Runs are great! Sea Ray boats.... eh, not so much. But hey, if you're on the water, you're okay by me. You guys oughta try a poker run through the Bahamas in Cigarette Boats. Now that's a blast! Anyway, GREAT photo TR. A great day on the water, good friends, brews, and poker....what's not to like? Good to see you guys did it up right. Awesome to see a TR close to my heart. Thanks.

Hmmmm, I guess I'm just the minority on this one, but wasn't this kind of stuff mildy amusing the first time we all saw it? You know, when it was called "Jackass"? -

^Very nice. So glad to hear that my baby is still running great! It's time we begin a serious push to make this a top ten in Mitch's poll. First we conquer Florida....well, okay, that's done. Then the east coast.....then the world. Muahahahaha. People, the next time you're in Orlando, remember to take some time for a side trip a few hours south for an "out-of-the-way" credit you won't regret. Let's keep the good reviews coming. Scott "DBH's campaign manager" B. -
Well, at least you know what you're getting away from.....potential CANCER. My hats off to you. Stay the course, man. And if you need any incentive, just go visit a hospital and take a walk through the cancer ward, or ask to see a lung tumor the blood center has tested. That should remind you that you're doing the right thing.

Perhaps a closed-door round table meeting with the entire Dippin'Dots crew is in order? And since you're going, I've got an odd photo request, if possible. As stupid as it sounds, would you be willing to take a pic of the lockers at MF? Let's just say it's needed to settle a bet with a good friend. Thanks. Oh, and to stay on topic of the thread...um, I think this will be a good Intamin coaster for CP. There, that did it.
