^I think Carnival should hold a separate remembrance event for survivors. I agree with your sentiment regarding the memorial service, but I think Carnival should definitely host something for survivors as well. If for nothing else than to be a support group.

^I would say that was clearly someones poor oversight as part of the growing pains of "OneDisney." I'm sure it is not the only example. But I still contend that the overall goal of program is a great idea that will hopefully yield meaningful results down the line.

^I would venture to say that you answered your own question. If both resorts just accept the status quo of "it's specific to us, it has to be done this way because..." neither resort is actually developing the best practice. Are there resort specific things? Absolutely. Are there going to be things that don't work across both resorts? Absolutely. But if both resorts are working together to find a best practice, the end result will actually be a best practice, which I imagine from my outsiders prospective is the whole point of OneDisney.

Aside from things that have to be different due to state laws and Union contracts, why wouldn't Disney want their operations in sync with each other? Regarding the custodial thing. .no way to spin it; it's a waste of a valuable resource.

How hard would it be to pay a custodial CM .50 cents more an hour, train him or her to be a specialized attractions cleaner (read: walkthrough with the tech services team to show them exactly what needs to be done/what they can touch/etc.) and call it a day? Seems stupid to me to waste the time of a much higher paid technician on cleaning.

Hopefully Antarctica will be making its way to San Diego if they are really going to be pushing the Puck character. Would fit perfect replacing Wild Artic and the Penguin exhibit in the back of the park.

I believe they've already mentioned that regular park tickets will eventually have RFID chips as well.

^I wouldn't call it a weak schedule...more so that Alabama finished the job that the other teams came close to exposing. They did play three top 25 teams (Stanford, Oklahoma, and Michigan), but had way too many close calls throughout the year. Wouldn't it make more sense to have people come back at another date? That's what USH does when the line is bad. They just say "keep your ticket and process on your next visit."

I agree that Cousins probably was the better option, but I can't fault RGIII & Shanahan for going all in. That's the nature of football. Toughness & Grit.
