  1. If Universal wanted those rights in the first place, I imagine they never would have let Dreamworks sell them to Busch to begin with...
  2. I don't know if you saw my photo from a few months ago, but I went on a busier day (cheer competition) for one of the updates and the lines for all the kiddie coasters were maxed out.
  3. I'll believe it when I see it. I wouldn't be surprised if his big plans are a resort with a small santas village section.
  4. Responding to any spammer/troll only makes it worse. Simply use the report function and it will be dealt with.
  5. I'm way behind. I still need S&M Lois, Rambo Lois, and Cop Joe. Plus Brian and the doctor.
  6. ^Super Silly Fun Land. They did a great job with the one at USH. Technically it's not near Gru's house in the movie....
  7. When you pay minimum wage with no benefits, the talent pool is going to be severely diminished to begin with. Especially in Valenica/Santa Clarita, which has so many better entry level jobs to choose from with all the restaurants and shopping centers. Even worse is that the best SFMM employees actually enjoy working there (mainly because of their coworkers), but have no choice but to leave because of the crappy culture and low pay. That falls squarely on the park/company.
  8. I don't know what any of that means, but the detail looks to be impressive again.
  9. I hate heights, so this is both awesome and terrifying!
  10. Seattle won the Super Bowl with 8 undrafted free agents. The draft is still a crapshoot. I don't get the excitement.
  11. Amateur. Nap time is for Drop 3 at Jet Stream.
  12. His OPS is 5th best in the AL, so he's doing a decent job so far---but I agree with you Bob. As the film begins to buildup, pitchers will figure out his tendencies and pitch away from those.
  13. Is your camera phone from the year 2000? I'm assuming the red markings are for welds...
  14. I'm really excited to come back this summer and see what year 2 has in store. Aside from the new slide, will be interesting to see how operations are and how the plants have grown in to really sell that tropical feel.
  15. They have been advertising June all along...so we'll see it by Fright Fest.
  16. One minor correction: courthouse square was actually spared during the fire. Minor damage.
  17. I've had clowns spawn twice right after giving Chris big tasks. So ditto!
  18. It certainly doesn't have as much personality as the old colors, but like it was said above...at least they are maintaining the area.
  19. ^You missed the wet play area by a day...it opened today!
  20. ^I wouldn't be too sure about that. Even Hurricane Harbor and Raging Waters went years without additions. Seems more like a case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," as all the water parks in so cal seem to do well without constant additions.
  21. Yeah....no I'm not even sure what else to say. How dare KBF do what is in the best interests of their business and not build a 2 mile long hyper coaster that connects KBF to Soak City and back!
  22. It's better than anything else in L.A, so I'll take it!
  23. With diagon alley, I can't see that happening anytime soon
