Buzz Lightyear Search and Rescue is my latest and greatest No Limits Project. The evil Zurg has suddenly taken over the Toy Barn and its surrounding landscape. All of the toys have become captives, slaves forced to do his bidding. Buzz has already tried to defeat him, but with his newest weapon, he is too powerful. So we have been asked to become cadets to save the toys and help Buzz defeat Zurg. To do this, we get inside our Star Command Rescue Vehicles and shrink down to toy size. The SCRVs have a range of 360 degrees in order to best view the scene. In them, we can also fire at Zurg's machine in order to destroy it. Prepare for the ride of your life! It isn't ready yet, I just couldn't wait any longer to show you guys what I've been working on for a while. As of now, the cars and trackwork are done. I am currently working on the 3Ds and will then move to supports last. Here are a couple teaser shots: Star Command Rescue Vehicle (Ignore the tunnels, as I got rid of them after a mild change in theme) SCRV - Side View First drop and one of the many 3Ds that will be going into this ride. Comments and criticisms are always welcome, as they can only help me improve!

Logic? I'm sorry but something is wrong there. I don't mean to start anything, I just want to point this out. Perhaps Calaway was right in cancelling this, but wrong in getting mad at Nightmare. If he had to, he should have simply PMed Nightmare. Personally, I think that everyone was a little bit wrong in their own ways. ^Wow. Immature and stupid.

I loved your 3Ds. They were really amazing, but your track itself was pretty rough. Most of the transitions were shaky and it was fairly rough as well. I loved the ride, it just could have been a lot better with the right amount of trackwork.

Great job Soren! The dinosaur guy was really creepy though.

The only coaster clothing you will ever see me buy is the Griffon sweatshirt that ONLY says the ride name and is not multi-colored or covered in stats. Coaster shirts are really just ugly. I mean, there are the occasional good ones, but they are few and far between.

Is that SLC a custom layout or have there been more like that? EDIT: There has been one other like it, and this one is a relocated coaster.

Is that a new SLC layout, or has that been done before?

Wait, what was the bad, and what was the ugly? Good PTR! I really enjoyed it, and I'm glad that at least one SF park is decent.

^^They are simply to protect the track. The cars are free-spinning.

I would assume that the cover is only in that spot because it is more likely that two trains will cross over each other at that moment, rather than any other place on the ride.

I stand corrected I still call BS, though. I mean they're crazy busy with HKDL and DCA, not to mention the rumors of a third gate at DL and a fifth gate at DW. I would bet that the 2 new resort gates would come to fruition before a whole new resort would, especially with there being 2 Disney resorts already in the country. They could be doing that indoor entertainment complex that the artwork was released for a while back...

^I was just heading to it yesterday when it went down, too. That's so crazy that it's still up there. The ride must've gone down at around3:30/4:00 yesterday.

They were filming "So You Want to be a Superhero" over by Riddlers and the Batman Begins stuntshow area yesterday. It had to be one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

I don't think there was a topic on this yet, but I was wondering how you would make custom car textures? Do you just edit the original one, or could you start from scratch and make it better? Thanks!

Saw it testing on Friday, and I have to say, the trains look a lot better than I thought they would. I love that the gift shop is open already. The sweatshirts were awesome, so I had to get one (I needed a sweatshirt).
