I remember Kraken at SeaWorld Orlando being quite abrupt, as well as WildCat at Cedar Point. Millennium Force isn't bad at all considering how fast the train is moving while entering the last brake run

I'm a big fan of TPR and have been for years. The videos and photos make me laugh out loud. My favorite has to be the "we are on a log flume" video That complainer sounds stupid as he said (back then) he enjoyed the trip he complained about recently. For every TPR hater, there are probably 10 or more fans. I've almost pulled the trigger on going to one-day events somewhat near me a couple of times. Booing the management only makes the booers look like fools!

Reading the examples on this thread make the redneck carnivals that come to my neck of the woods each summer seem big. The carnivals that come near me have a few spinning flat rides (tilt-a-whirl, paratrooper, scrambler, zipper, etc.), a few fun houses, a rickety Ferris wheel, and a super slide, along with some little kid rides.

Lucky that you got to ride Lightning Rod! The last coaster I rode was Raptor at Cedar Point (in June!)
