  1. Nooo. Because most parks don't care about hiding their transfer tracks on coasters. Every single GCI in existence has a building or cover on the transfer track. The only two exemptons are El Toro and Kentucky Rumbler, both of which have only one train. He's also trying to make a joke about "sheds", but it just isn't funny. He knows that we all know Mystic Timber's shed is specific to that ride as it is a thematic element. El Toro was manufactured by Intamin and assembled by RMC, not GCI He's referring to this El Toro..https://rcdb.com/4274.htm I was just about to point out that there was an El Toro in Germany made by GCI. Speaking of GCI, I think Cedar Point will get one in the mid-2020s (after RMC Streak and the very likely 2020 B&M flyer)
  2. Maybe it's just me, but this coaster seems like it has gone up really fast. Considering that a lot of the ride is close to the ground and Cedar Fair's fantastic construction team, I'm not too surprised. It's nice to see a modern wooden coaster come to the park after so long. Love a good GCI. I think they started putting up the coaster while the park was still open for the 2016 season
  3. Oziris (Parc Asterix)
  4. Cinnamon bread
  5. Only been on four: 1. Raptor 2. Dragon Challenge - Chinese Fireball 3. Dragon Challenge - Hungarian Horntail 4. Batman: The Ride (SFGAm)
  6. To make it worse, you're on his hit list. You get the opportunity to go to North Korea.
  7. Exactly. This year they're opening on March 11th. Did they push it back up? I would think this would be the big issue. If the park was slower in January, February and March then that would be a great time to rehab trains or take some rides down for scheduled maintenance if they couldn't do it during the week. I would think if they thought staying open year round would be profitable then they would do it. They weren't afraid to pull the trigger on Discovery Kingdom, I wouldn't be shocked if they did the same at SFOG. Discovery Kingdom doesn't get any snow ever, while Atlanta usually gets at least one (small) snowstorm or ice storm each year
  8. Dollywood's next coaster will probably be a B&M of some kind (and probably would have been one even if LR had been 100% reliable). My guess would be an invert or a hyper
  9. RMC Mean Streak (which will likely have a completely unrelated name to Mean Streak) Maverick or Millennium Force?
  10. Yes. Went to Disney Springs last year and went to a Braves game in 2015, but haven't set foot in a park since 2004. Do you have a season pass to your homepark?
  11. Life! Lightning Rod or Wildfire?
  12. No. Have you ever been to Washington, DC?
  13. It's a shame that Arrow went bankrupt not long after Tennessee Tornado opened
  14. Cough syrup
  15. By Tesla, do you mean the company or the hair band? I'll rate both of them: Company: 6/10 Hair band: 8/10 Planet Coaster?
  16. It was open enough to win the Golden Ticket for Best New Ride in 2016 (which I thought was Valravn's to lose). If anything, I would guess it runs more consistently this year. Even if LR isn't open, you'll still have several good coasters to ride (Thunderhead, Tennessee Tornado, Wild Eagle, Firechaser Express, Mystery Mine). I've never been there, but it's a park I'd love to get to someday.
  17. Your "OH HELL NO" quote definitely reminded me of Gabriel Iglesias https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5qM5kX2_C0 (go to 0:29) Back on topic, 5/10 Arrow corkscrews?
  18. 3 - TheCoasterKid211 posted 2 just as I was to post!
  19. Meat Loaf - I'd Do Anything for Love. Kind of ironic as I had (leftover) meatloaf for lunch today.
  20. Watched the entire thing. Loved it! It was nice to see a comparison of the Asia Disney parks and how USJ is a much improved USF. I also like your statement that stats aren't the end all be all when it comes to determining good rides. I wish I had the $$$ to go to Asia and visit the good parks over there
  21. I feel that it's officially for 2018, but may soft open late in the 2017 season. Also Cedar Point just posted a picture on their official instagram of eagles on what looks like supports that they're using for this conversion.
  22. Just starting to watch the Big Fat Panda episode that you're on. Haven't gotten to your part and I really like the show!
  23. My two predictions regarding RMC Streak's stats: 1. It will be faster than Lightning Rod 2. It will be longer (track length, not ride time) than Twisted Colussus
