Last night was awesome! I really like how the storylines are starting to intertwine! I also like how Uber-split-personality-chick is getting crazier and cooler at the same time. Also, Syler beginning the decapitation process on the not-so-nice cheerleader was pretty tight! Can't wait 'till next week. David

^The funny thing is that everyone pretty much "knew" that he did it at the time, but he still got away with it.

^ ROLL TIDE!! Just kidding, but I went to BAMA for a minute. Auburn is a great school however. Good for you. P.S. ROLL TIDE

The Wacky Worm at the Coastal Empire Fair on October 27 (Credit WHORE here.) Before that, Goliath at SFoG on Easter Sunday. david -
^ I totally thought that when I saw that picture. I was like, "Hey...its Malcom!" david

It's funny how this rather *tasteless* interview is coming out right before the release of his book. Golly - those legal fees must still be mounting for him to "whore" himself out this way.

^ A lot of the time, "going with your gut instinct" is the right way to go!! david

What do you want to do when you grow up?

I was quite suprised when I found out how much those two fields of study overlapped. I live next to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and have many friends who studied in their Design and Architecture programs. david -
It looks like next week will answer a lot of questions (but I said the same thing after last week's episode.) It was a shame about the sweet waitress with the photographic memory though. Hopefully HIRO saves her (didn't he end up in the picture on the wall?) David

^ Has some homework to catch up on. < Is definitely in the progress of doing something, just not sure what. V Is happy at the moment

Although I have started the eating correctly and the gym thing, I've still got some stuff to work on before the Midwest trip next summer. I have been upping my cardio and doing more stretching. I quit drinking almost a year ago (definitely necessary for health, mental, legal reasons) and the doctor told me not to even think about quitting cigarettes for at least a year. Well, the year is almost up so I guess I'll have to start working on that. I can say that cutting alcohol out of my diet really (and I mean REALLY) helped me to get on the weight loss track. david

^ I totally agree with Terrance. Also - don't start off trying to do everything at once. Start out slowly and work your way up. Trying to do too much at once will usually lead to pain/aching muscles, discouragement and eventually quitting the whole thing. Start out with changes to diet and exercise. Don't change EVERYTHING at once, make it a gradual process. Also, you have to give it some time to become noticeable. It was about 6 weeks until I noticed a real difference. Be patient and keep it up! david

Definitely look closely at your utilities Some counties/city offer budget billing to get your electric bill to be the same year round (In Savannah mine was extraordinary in summer and non-existant in winter). It can help with budget. Also, like Elissa said - remember cell phone, internet, etc... These for some reason always fly under my radar when I am budgeting, and they do add up to a significant expense. Also - some apartments cover water/sewer/trash and others don't. I was caught a few years ago without water because I thought it was included in my rent. I have found that it is a good idea to start a monthly budget, and keep track of where your money is going. Then you can find "problem areas" that you did not forsee and budget for them in the following months. Good Luck - moving out is very exciting and rewarding. David "about to move again" McCollum

I can say that on Election Day, there were several times that I would have voted for a dead person! They couldn't possibly do any worse than the people in office currently.

YES - Great song!! Are you going on any of the TPR trips next summer?

^Thanks a bunch - It's basically been over for a while, but I've been "trying to make it work " It's kind of sad, but every time I start to feel bad, I think of the venom that has been spitting out of his mouth lately and that makes it easier. Also - I've been hitting the gym for the last couple of months while he has ballooned up to roughly the size of a small elephant. The best revenge is living well as I always say

^ Flattering - you look good! not quite as "scary" as other pictures - we'll call it handsome, yet menacing. david

With former exes I didn't have a problem... BUT I am in the process of splitting with my partner of 7 years right now and I can already tell that it will be nasty. If I never see, hear or smell the pig again, it would be way too soon.

Dude - that is great! In case nobody here tells you this - I'm proud of you. It sounds easy, but I think you can attest that it is NOT EASY to do. Good for you (and your body thanks you as well.) I had the epiphany about a year ago. I was 5'11" and 200lbs. I had always been "thin" and this was big for me. I found out that my Liver was getting messed up because I drank too much. I had become a lazy bar slob. I quit drinking, started eating better, and taking walks. That helped me shed about 15 - 20 lbs and then joined the gym to get "in shape." It feels great! David

Bizarre Abandoned Japanese Amusement Park!

It definitely looks creepy - but my first emotion upon seeing that was sadness. Imagine, all the people that used to go there with their families for a good time. You can picture it clean with fresh paint and people around - then realize what it is like now. sad -

I also have a very fond place in my heart for GASM. It was my first woodie and I still love it. I freaking love the Varsity, but it is the kind of food that I can only eat maybe once a year (I feel my arteries hardening just thinking about it.) WHADDA YA HAVE!!!?? A Chili Cheese dog, onion rings and a HUGE Varsity Frosted Orange please. david -

^Agreed! I thought that he was in the dark about mommy's split personality. I'm also a bit worried about more characters being introduced. It makes the show interesting, but soon there will be too many to keep track of... Whatever... I really, really like this show. david
