No, they just closed RMC Streak back in September, and they are taking off the I-Box track and putting back on the old Mean Streak track. -
In regards to a Twitter post in the Cedar Point thread: In the five year plans thread: In the Kings Dominion thread: You think predicting events at an amusement will get you laid? If this is true for you, hide the women you care about from TPR.

The "Say Something Random" Thread
SteelForceless replied to robbalvey's topic in Random, Random, Random
The missile knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't. By subtracting where it is from where it isn't, or where it isn't from where it is (whichever is greater), it obtains a difference, or deviation. The guidance subsystem uses deviations to generate corrective commands to drive the missile from a position where it is to a position where it isn't, and arriving at a position where it wasn't, it now is. Consequently, the position where it is, is now the position that it wasn't, and it follows that the position that it was, is now the position that it isn't. In the event that the position that it is in is not the position that it wasn't, the system has acquired a variation, the variation being the difference between where the missile is, and where it wasn't. If variation is considered to be a significant factor, it too may be corrected by the GEA. However, the missile must also know where it was. The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows. Because a variation has modified some of the information the missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is. However, it is sure where it isn't, within reason, and it knows where it was. It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't, or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be, and where it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error. -

People still talking about Harambae What's worse than people cutting you in line? -

Maybe they'll put in a GiB within the next couple years to compete with SFNE. -
If you listen closely you can actually hear the sounds of the TPR haters feverishly clicking their print screen buttons to document their outrage that anyone could be celebrating the demise of such a classic, timeless and unimaginably mediocre, forgettable coaster that nobody cared about while it was operating.

Best One-Two Punch
SteelForceless replied to ShaneH's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The best one-two punch(es) at any park? Six Flags New England. Want to ride some great coasters? Superman and Wicked Cyclone are there for you. Want to take the literal meaning and feel line you got beat up? Mind Eraser and Goliath will take care of that. Either way, you can't lose! -
RMC Mine Train Coaster?
SteelForceless replied to sdcfan88's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
If they still used a wooden structure with an RMC invert, there would be hundreds of footchoppers per cycle. Awesome! -

Personally, my favorite boomerangs are the one with the new vest restraints such as Sidewinder and Carolina Cobra. Sidewinder is still a bit painful because of slamming your head into the seat when it brakes and the track is still rough as hell, but it still beats out other boomerangs... Forget everything I just said. Could happen. Even if it were the best, that's not saying much. Being the best SLC is like being the best vacuum cleaner on the market. Sure, you might be the best, but you still suck.

OMG! That's what's in the shed! They finally made a coaster for enthusiasts, you guys--hear me out, this is legit--at the end of Mystic Timbers, you go into the shed to see an RMC truck! Jizz yourself with excitement! It's happening. It's real. It's confirmed. You heard it here first.

Both of these look amazing! Whichever one gets installed, I'm sure it'll be great for the park! No idea where they are suddenly getting money to add so many attractions in the next few years, but oh well. -

OK, you win. It's being shipped to Dorney Park and is expected to open in 2018. Not as an RMC, though RMC is in charge of the relocation and re-erection effort. I can confirm this. Mean Streak will be placed in Hydra's current spot, however it's too expensive to remove Hydra, so they are simply building Mean Streak to be intertwined with Hydra. That is why they are taking it off piece by piece so reconstruction is easier. For the name, they are still deciding between Green Streak, Moldy Wood, and Hercules: The Revenge of the Revenge. -
Game: Careful What You Wish For
SteelForceless replied to MayTheGForceBeWithYou's topic in Random, Random, Random
Granted, but nothing interesting happens on the forums anymore, and everyone slowly leaves. I wish Dive coasters had an actual second half instead of a mid-course brake run, another vertical drop and the break run.
