I plan on going to Hershey late May, right after Memorial Day . Probably a Thu and Fri. How are crowds then? Weather? Does this park offer single -rider option on any of the coasters? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are all the other El Locos that short? Seems the one in Indiana might be longer and higher?

That ride has been around for years on European fairs. I'm sure it is a used ride bought from a European showman. I have never seen one of those in the US.

Not a ride, but the line for the Empire State Building in NYC is horrible. Room after room of que lines. And just when you think it's done, you go up to another level and more que!

I agree SFGA is one of the worst parks I know of that has removed so many rides!

I was wrong, just checked Zierer's site and those Tumbler rides are not even mentioned on the Products page. I know there is still 1 in the USA at Mall of America, and a few traveling around Europe on the funfairs.

They could still get one. I believe Zierer still makes them.

Is that a Huss Flipper I spotted at Summer Adventures? Are these year-round rides, and do they stay there for the fair in Sep?? Just wondering. I never heard of this place.

I think Shockwave is a great ride, but I wonder how much longer the ride will be able to last if parts have to be special made...can't imagine Six Flags wanting that expense forever. I wonder who makes the spare parts for The Whizzer at SFGA??

That strange flat ride you were referring to is a HUSS Flipper. They have been around for many years. Mostly on the European fair circuit. I think 1 travels in the US which I did see once.

I watched the Youtube video of that guy screaming. Is it normal for the chairs to twist like that? Seems like an extra added thrill. Is that because of windy conditions?
