New Wanda Parks in China.
LiftThrill replied to Gutterflower's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'm sorry, but Titan's airtime hill feels like straight track. It's the most boring airtime hill on any coaster I've been on. -
Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said

*severe facepalm* -
I'm willing to bet a majority of the people saying that RMC needs to make more steep airtime hills hasn't been on an RMC. Twisty airtime hills, double ups, and double downs generally give the best RMC airtime, while traditional airtime hills are not as powerful but still pretty dang fun. (This is based off of IRat and NTaG)

I've made some RMC-style coasters in TPS as well, some of which are completely unrealistic and some of which are more realistic. I'm not great with scenery or anything like that, I'm more into the coaster layouts. Each of these took around 30 minutes to an hour to build and test (except the terrain woodie which took longer). It's nice to see an RMC mod out there.

How Often Do You Go To Your Local Park?
LiftThrill replied to sfmmrules!'s topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I think I went over 30 times to SFFT this season. I know it was more than 10 by the time June was over. I went to SFOT 4 days (2 trips) and spent 3 hours at SFStL. -

Southern hospitality is what I'd hand to the SFStL ops. Even compared to Texas, Missourians are very people-oriented. I never saw an atrocious dispatch time (average was around 90 seconds-2 minutes, faster for American Thunder). -
Most Anticipated Coasters For 2016

Lightning Rod, Storm Chaser, and Valravn. That's what my trip is planned off of next summer. -

I'd be up for an RMC Boss. It's a good ride as is, but RMC could make it great. I don't see how SFStL's terrain is any worse than Dollywood's or Kolmarden's. -

Everyone has an opinion, but still, when people start complaining that some RMC 500+ foot launched Intamin wooden skyrush trains inverted Aquatrax doesn't have enough headchopper trees, it's sort of entertaining. -

Wheels under the track? Wouldn't they hit the supports? -

I only got one ride on American Thunder due to only having 3 hours at the park. I rode near the front and I feel like a ride in the back would have put it ahead of Mr. Freeze. I'd choose American Thunder (or any of the woodies at SFStL) against Titan, I'd choose the woodies. When big is done right, though... you get Iron Rattler (or Fury/Bizarro/other amazing top 10 rides that are the tallest in their park). -

Can't wait to see how you view my homepark and favorite park (SFFT and SFOT). -

Hey, I'm all for bigger, but I agree that the GP are a little crazy about it. Especially at SFOT, where the biggest coaster is the biggest letdown (although when I went, Titan was always a walk-on and NTaG varied alot, but the staff members I talked to said that Titan is always absolutely mobbed on busy days). -
Best Family Coaster
LiftThrill replied to Randomman295's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
How is the lift entry painful? It is probably one of the smoothest rides I have ever been on. Because for every coaster in the world there's an enthusiast ready to complain about how rough it is. -

I've been on it, and I don't agree because there is no painful jolt, and it's now one of my favorite coasters. I meant about the ride being a good family coaster, lol. Sorry for the imprecise wording. -

I haven't been on it but based off of the POV I think I can agree. -

Good lord, people are giant pansies now. Strap those idiots onto the Coney Island Cyclone for a while and see if they still think Wildcat and Boulder Dash are "unacceptably" rough. A backseat ride on the Boss would suffice. -
