  1. Any new low-capacity ride will make lines at El Toro, Nitro, Kingda Ka, Zumanjaro, etc significantly shorter. At least, that's what our free spin did to SKC and IRat. Even if you hate it, there's always that
  2. ^ Clearly you haven't been to the Texas SF parks, which have minimal theming at worst and (from my experience, others here will most likely disagree) good operations. I've also heard terrible things about the ops at lower-tier CF parks.
  3. How is Judge Roy rough? As long as you avoid the back row of any car and the back car in general, it's a very smooth ride imo. (although it's the only woodie I've been on) It's definitely a front row ride, with great pops of airtime in the front and a smoother ride.
  4. In reality, it doesn't. But in the magical world of TPR, we know one day these Larson Loops are going to be cloned in every SF park
  5. It doesn't prove anything what it does prove is that Six Flags is in no means hesitant to put these in every one of their parks.
  6. Rodeo really is one of the best flat rides ever. Ridiculous theming adds to the experience as well Honestly, SFOT doesn't really need two new coasters. A speed-focused giga (MF/Fury) would be all the park needs, it's just that it would probably cost more than SF would be willing to pay.
  7. I definitely agree, but if you look at the ride count it's in the top 50 and technically it does have the same amount of coasters as GAdv, but you're also right that SFOT doesn't have the lineup it should to be a flagship SF park.
  8. Runaway Mountain has flawless pacing, but it's really short and the restraints are uncomfortable. Tbh I actually see more little kids in line for it than any other ride.
  9. Honestly, I felt like SFOT was very well themed. Gigas are expensive, but I agree that the park would fare well buying one. However, if you look at the park's lineup, it is pretty solid: RMC Hybrid with crazy airtime Old Schwarzkopf Looper with crazy out-of-control airtime Out-and-back family woodie (that has floater airtime!) Giovanola blackout hyper with extended bonus helix Intamin bobsled Funky original Arrow mine train Amazing super messed up Premier shuttle coaster Family indoor coaster Super forceful classic B&M invert Decent Gerstlauer spinner Two kiddie coasters By the way, the website had a teaser, so I signed up.
  10. Very nice realistic SF park! I would like to point out that the angle of the pictures make Goliath look dwarfed. Is it RCT's limitations biting back or the angle of the picture?
  11. I agree about the ride ops. Even on rides I've heard have terrible ops, I've never had a bad experience with the ops at SFOT. I'm sure there are some bad apples, but I really don't see where people are coming from about the terrible operations.
  12. Jokes aside, Skyrider is already operating at a park in Italy. If I'm going to be serious I have no clue or guess what Dorney is getting Plus, my hype train is headed to Dollywood and Kentucky Kingdom next year.
  13. Boy I sure want to go to Carp Winds! Carlwinds would be a good alternative though Some typos are fun XD
  14. Sometimes looping coasters are easier to get people on than you think. For example, I'd be able to convince the large variety of chickens I know at SFOT to ride ShockWave before I'd get them anywhere near NTaG or Titan. Although in most cases that isn't true, like at SFFT (where I'm stuck riding the middle rows on Road Runner and Pandemonium at the diagonal all day) IRat only has one inversion, Lightning Rod won't have any, and as you said NTaG has none. It's also possible they throw a barrel roll somewhere in the structure where nobody can see it
  15. Relocate Shockwave from KD and Skyrider from CW and install Olympic Race themed stand-up dueling coasters!
  16. Hey, what if they pull a KK and name it something completely unrelated? They could always name it Batman: The Ride!
  17. Seriously? The line for JLBFM was never longer than half an hour during my SFOT visit. When did you go to SFOT? Every time I've been (days where Titan and NTaG are walk-ons), JLBFM has had waits of up to 90 minutes. I went on a Friday about two weeks ago. All the major rollercoasters were about an hour long give or take but JLBFM didn't seem to have much of a line. For me it was the opposite, mostly walk-on with the coasters but ridiculous waits for JL.
  18. Coming to Dorney 2016: Dueling TOGO stand-up coasters relocated from KD and CW! Olympic Racers! Coming to Dorney Park 2016!!!
  19. I will stay in line 99% of the time. One time NTaG went down and they had to transfer a train off. It took around 30 minutes, but everyone left the line and we got almost 15 minutes of essentially ERT in the back rows. Another time we waited 2.5 hours for Batman The Ride (SFFT) and dealt with about 5 breakdowns. That wasn't really worth it. Another time at SFOT, Mr Freeze broke down just as goldpass early entry started, so we waited about 10 minutes and it got fixed. That ended up being worth it. So basically, it depends on the quality of the ride and the amount of time it's down for.
  20. Honestly it doesn't seem that bad. Iron Roar would be worse imo
