Good Eating Outside of Theme Parks

Right outside of Legoland California across the I-5 freeway is Miguel's Cocina. It has some great Mexican food with some addictive queso dip with your tortilla chips. -

If anyone hasn't been using Ride Sims very recently, Ripsaw at Alton Towers has just been released and it is very fun using manual mode (only if intensity is at max). -

Time to do this again with my 2 major home parks (that exclude Disneyland): Knott's Berry Farm 2016: Build 2 new shops. One being a wig shop called Silver Mullet and the other selling copies of Jeff Tucker's jacket. 2017: Have a Killer Catawampus maze for Haunt. 2018: Finally paint Xcelerator. This time with a re-paint like Eejanaika with all black. 2019: Build Charlie Brown: Drop of Good Grief on GhostRider as the first ever wooden drop tower and prepare for the park's 100th anniversary. 2020: For the park's 100th anniversary, Knott's fans want a giga coaster so they can have a giga coaster. Their asking has ended and a giga coaster has finally came to the park by Togo after Knott's revived them and only made the speed 55 miles per hour due to heavy trimming on the first drop making Knott's the 55 miles per hour capital of the world with 5 rides going at that speed. Six Flags Magic Mountain 2016: Put in water cannons for Jet Stream which includes some water cannons spraying the people in line. 2017: Remove Viper for the park to have a Fireball "coaster" as the parks proposed 19th coaster and the park changes its name to Six Flags YOLOland Los Angeles. 2018: Take Viper's seats and put them on Green Lantern: First Flight and trim the ride enough to purposely be called the worst coaster in the world. 2019: Replace Orient Express with a very confusing pathway and Sky Tower with a small pot of flowers. 2020: Prepare for the park's 50th anniversary with a 300 day countdown with hints in fooling them that a giga coaster will come to the park as the 20th coaster but they actually get a 5th kiddie coaster in the middle of the parking lot simply called Roller Coaster.

My brother said that Legoland CA is very busy on Christmas week. So if LLC is very busy this week, the same can be said about Six Flags Magic Mountain. My brother said that the 26th is the better day to go because it is a rest day after Christmas Day while the 23rd is way busier because a lot of visitors are coming in town to visit families and have a plan to do something before Christmas Eve.

Technic Test Track at Legoland California on Monday. -
My worst park incident was probably at Six Flags Magic Mountain near the Summer of 2013 when I had my worst visit to the park to date. I'll start off with 3rd ride of the day, Tatsu. Before I went up the stairs into the station, the ride broke down and the breakdown went on for over an hour in the blazing sun as we were sent up towards the one-station operation. After the ride was fixed, I rode it and had my single worst and most uncomfortable experience on the ride. I'm never going to wait for a breakdown for a ride at Magic Mountain again. Even if it's for YOLOcoaster or Twisted Colossus, still not going to wait for it. Near the end of the day, my father lost his car keys and he didn't know where they went. We searched in the stations of X2, Batman, Goliath, and Scream but nothing was found in either station. We waited at Lost and Found for 2 hours as the employees looked around for loose articles from the rides. Luckily, one of the first rides they searched at was X2 where the employees found my father's car keys that fell out of his pocket. I still come back to the park for regular yearly visits and West Coast Bash, but I'll try my best for all of that to not happen to me ever again.

I just got back from LLC with my brother's Merlin magic pass since he's an employee for Beetle Bounce and Dune Raiders (and soon to be working for Lost Kingdom Adventure) and I've had a good day and I have a few reviews on some of the rides. Dragon- This is my first time riding the coaster with the new individual lap bars. They really leave no real effect to the ride except for not sitting in the middle of the seat anymore. Other than that, I don't remember the ride being that "shaky" when I rode it. Technic Test Track- This ride keeps getting better as I ride it and I don't know why. The ride was smooth, it had some decent laterals, and it still has my favorite cars on a wild mouse coaster. Knights' Tournament- Great Snoopy in assless chaps this ride is still one of the most intense rides I have ever ridden. Heck, this ride is more intense than almost all of Magic Mountain's rides at Level 5. I also rode Level 4 for the first time and some parts of the ride actually scared me in the inside. Still my favorite in-park flat ride. Lost Kingdom Adventure- I think that this ride needs to be fixed a little. For example, I am aiming my gun accurately at a target and the shots keep missing by inches. Maybe it's just the one vehicle I am in, but it needs to get fixed. Aquazone- I finally rode this for the first time and it is pretty fun with swinging the vehicles around and sometimes making some decent splashes, but the free water cannons weren't on. Bionicle Blasters- What the hell of a difficulty did I just ride? Seriously though, the cars are difficult to spin so I mostly get a scrambler ride in a circular car. Beetle Bounce- My brother did a good job with maintaining this ride and I have to give credit to him for working well on a ride that he hated working for. Anyways, it's your regular Frog Hopper and the line was the shortest all day. The rest of the rides I rode today didn't need review. Now for something interesting about Treasure Falls. At first, I asked my brother if cameras and phones were allowed on the ride since I wanted to do my own "Log Flume Song" and after he answered a yes to that, he then said that he heard that Treasure Falls might be leaving. It's not official, but it might happen. Other than the rumor, the ride was closed and there was no Log Flume Song. That was it for my review from LLC today. I might post offride shots of Knights' Tournament and Technic Test Track. -
Today's Burning Question!
SingleRiderCam replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I haven't been to Cedar Point, but if I did, I would still say Walt Disney World mainly because it's 4 parks, 2 water parks, Downtown Disney with an indoor park, a lot of hotels to choose from, and so much activities that will make you extend your vacation at Disney World. -
What is your next park?
