  2. Favorite: Disneyland. I just think that everything is great here. The rides, the atmosphere, the eateries, etc. (Epcot and Dollywood are runners up) Least Favorite: I've been to so many great parks, but I would easily pick Six Flags Magic Mountain if it didn't have all its great coasters.

  7. Did you know that the Titanic had a large shipment of mayonnaise for Mexico? When the shipment didn't arrive, the people of Mexico were deeply upset and declared a national day of mourning. It falls on the 5th of May every year and is known as Sinko de Mayo.
  8. Well then just make the Raptors duel, put the Windjammer name to a good effect, and all the capacity problems are solved.
  9. The Fuji-Q website has just revealed the new stats for Dodonpa. The loop won't be the tallest, but it will be the largest in diameter. In addition, the launch will be 5mph faster while still reaching the max speed in 1.8 seconds. Loop Diameter: 39.7 m (World's largest * Guinness records acquisition loop of America exceeding 38.75 m diameter in-house investigation) Loop Height: Approximately 49 m (160 ft) above the ground Maximum Speed: 180 km/h ( scheduled ) at 1.8 seconds start * Old Dodonpa maximum speed: 172 km/h Full Length: 1,244 m (old Dodonpa 1,189 m)
  10. ^^^^^ all the way for those mini donuts. The San Diego County Fair always has them and they are fantastic.
  11. I have a few from my former home town. Legoland California: Cessy's Taco Shop: Has some of the best burritos I've ever tried. Board & Brew: A good small sandwich chain with even better sandwiches. Swami's Cafe: Has the greatest healthy breakfast (at least in SoCal). Primo Pizza & Pasta: Amazing pizza followed by quick delivery and great service.
  12. Apparently, Knott's decided to add shin guards to Coast Rider. So if you are pretty large or pretty tall, prepare for some pain on the ride.
  13. If anyone hasn't seen it yet, a nearby hotel is actively livestreaming an overview of the Resort (or at least the visible parts from the top of the hotel). You can check it out here. It's also good to see most of the construction for GotG.
  14. Surprised no one mentioned this, but I would really like to see some sort of coaster wrap around Sky Cabin (if it stays).
  15. The dead skunk in the parking lot Mad Mouse Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park?
  16. It used to be... Legoland California: 10 minutes SeaWorld San Diego: 30 minutes Disneyland Resort: 55 minutes But now it's... Six Flags Over Georgia: 5 hours Orlando Area: 5.5 hours Dollywood & Carowinds: 8.5 hours
  17. Still Magic Mountain's Green Lantern after all these years. Tried so hard to like it but the phrase "No two rides are the same" is not lying when I have to torture myself in many different possible ways on this ride.
  18. Around a month ago, I went with my mother to Walt Disney World and go to all of the parks. On the final day at Animal Kingdom, we were walking towards Expedition Everest to use our FastPasses, and while we were heading over there, I decided to stop for a little and pass some gas, which was actually a small lump of gas. Luckily, there was a restroom just a few feet away and I was stuck there for about 5 minutes. Then there was more walking and I was stuck in another restroom for about an hour, and worst of all, I didn't bring any spare clothes with me. After all that was done, I decided to skip my FastPass and let my mother ride Everest alone. Later on, I used the single rider line to finally get onto the ride without having to crap myself. Long story short, I'm still figuring out what I have eaten the previous day at Epcot so I won't have a Haribo Sugar-Free experience again.
  19. Updating my list after over 2 years: Voyage to the Iron Reef at Knott's Berry Farm (2015) Ninjago: The Ride at Legoland California (2016) GCI Ghost Rider at Knott's (2016) Lightning Rod at Dollywood (2016) Mako at SeaWorld Orlando (2016)
  20. Riddler's, Green Lantern, Lex Luthor, and Viper all have single rider lines.
