PTR of Six Flags St. Louis's Greatness 7/14
Homer replied to St.LouisBOI's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
This picture sums up this "Photo" TR: Aside from that, it sounds like SFStL is rolling in the dough. Glad to see another positive SF trip report, aside from crowds. Ah, Ray Charles... -

Awesome Aquarium pics. Although I am surprised to find a Derek post that didn't mention beer. Great TR and WTF animals! -

A few days ago while bowling. When did you last play a Mario game? -
It is the actual masturbation that keeps me coming back... haha. Morning Wood folks, geez.

You answered your own question right there, buddy. Truth be told, roller coasters are a small niche for general interests. If you join a club, you'd get their newsletter/magazine once in a while, but by the time you get the magazine, the news has already been posted on the net. I doubt many consumers would buy a magazine thats JUST roller coasters. However, if its a general interest magazine, I bet once in a while, they do articles on coasters. But will we ever see a core coaster magazine on shelves? Nope, never. As for a TPR magazine however, sign me up if it has a picture of Robb shirtless on every cover!

What are you doing right now instead of posting?
Homer replied to socalMAN123's topic in Random, Random, Random
Listening to Ozma, on AIM waiting for people to bug me, waiting for chat to come alive, and watching The Animal on TV. Beat that folks. -
^You're crazy.

The latest I've been up on the forums would have to be like, 12:30 AM. That usually happens if chat was extremely interesting (which is rare these days). Chances are, if I'm extremely bored and I can't sleep, maybe once in a RARE while I will post here during the graveyard shift. Other than that, me at midnight is usually asleep or watching f***ed up crap on either [adult swim] or Conan.

I'm not entirely sure of the Ohio area. However, school is out for the summer from late May (Memorial Day) to early September (Labor Day). Any time during the school year, parks are DEAD. Other then that, summer is basically late May to early September. However, some areas in the US are slowly converting over to a full year schedule, which I find ridiculous, but I'll leave that to another topic.
