Kings Dominion (KD) Discussion Thread

^^I don't know... Leviathan was added after behemoth so both of them were "big things". Given that KD already has a giga and even though we know a B&M hyper would be very different from I-305 most people would think they were the same with the difference that the new one would be smaller, which wouldn't make sense. -

^I have to admit I was expecting it to be worse. It is still a terrible ride also due to how slow it is now but I felt that there was so much anticipation about seeing how bad it would be that maybe I initially felt it was worse than it really is. I ranked wildcat just above it because although I felt the roughness was slightly worse as there were constant vibrations all the way it still has a nice twisty layout with decent pacing, that was all.

Nigloland! New Coaster for 2014

^How "spacious" are intamin megalite seats? I got the feeling that Millennium Force and TTD's seats wouldn't accommodate particularly large people as they felt quite small. -

East Coast Parks - Need Suggestions

^Very wisely. I went to Hershey last year and was very pleasantly surprised: two awesome rides (skyrush ans storm runner); two pretty good ones (Fahrenheit and great bear); a fun duelling woodie; a more family focused and very smooth ride (sooperdooperlooper) and even the boomerang isn't bad (the only thing I didn't like was wildcat). And also a very nice setting and surroundings. -
Cedar Point (CP) Discussion Thread

Obviously nobody likes to see people skipping lines and I admit that may make me slightly annoyed when I am in the "regular line" although I understand why that's happening and won't complain. I also agree that it is great when you're travelling only once to a park, especially when you've come a long way. Last summer I went to the US JUST to go to a few parks and did by the thingy for the busiest ones. In fact, I paid 214 dollars for me and my dad's platinum flash pass at SFGAdv and I think it was worth it given that I had crosses the Atlantic and already spent thousands of dollars. -
Kings Island (KI) Discussion Thread

^It's always nice when you can be so close to a coaster, that's one thing I love about rides like SFGAdv's Bizarro. -

^Given the fences I'm assuming that are will be accessible for normal guests, right? If so, great! Should give some nice angles to take pictures or film the ride. -
Cinecitta World set for 2011 debut in Rome

^But that's not a bad thing, at least to me. I love those B&M inverted corkscrews! -
Yup, for me too. I would also add the Bourne trilogy and also quite liked the Hannibal films (even though I think Silence of the Lambs is wayyy better than the other two)

^Have you ever tried an intamin corkscrew? They don't look that fluid but they're actually fine to ride, at least Fahrenheit's was. -
^I wan to watch it. I'm not expecting a great film but something that is able to entertain you decently, should be fun.

Wow I didn't realise how banked the entry to the helix would be. Awesome! -
What do you want to see in your home park in 2015?

^What about an inverted coaster? They don't have any and that would be sweet! -

^In a way... Actually I kind of feel sorry for B&M given that they have been being massacred here (even by me, sometimes) and also taking into consideration that we don't really know (at least I don't) how much of their recent forcelessness is actually their fault and not the park's that specifically order more "family friendly" rides. I guess we won't know for sure until they build an oldshool ride again.
