Actually, the way the Revolution queue is NOW is the way it was when it opened in 1976. For a brief time in the late '70s/early '80s, Revolution's queue was where you saw it. By 1990 when Viper opened, the entrance was moved back down to the bottom of the hill. BTW, National Lampoon's Vacation was shot in 1982 when the entrance was up the hill. Nice Photo TR. I need to get back out there. Eric -
There was no offensive stuff. I was disappointed. Eric

A couple of other things to consider: Newer rides tend to be bigger and more forceful. That'll wear down wood in a hurry. Older rides used wood from old growth forests. That wood was a lot tougher and held up better. Just a couple of thoughts. Eric

Nice TR! Well, except for the hairy butt crack lady! Heck yeah men should go...what a great way to check out the ladies! Eric

We have a whole bunch---way too many to list here. But then we grew up with them. Eric

Somewhere around our house we have Venturopoly, basically a Ventura County themed Monopoly. It'd be fun to have your own customized Monopoly board as Chrissie mentioned. Eric

^^ I will vouch for Diet Dr. Pepper tasting very close to the regular, even if I don't drink it much. Cherry Vanilla is...eh, and the new Berries and Cream isn't too bad. But right now, I really like Vault Zero. Unfortunately, it's not as readily available as I'd hoped. 20 oz. bottles are all over in convenience stores (and expensive), and 12 oz. cans started to appear in local grocery stores, but all of a sudden it's hard to find again. Universal Studios solo??

I do parks by myself all the time---and I love it. Though I can be somewhat shy, I can always strike up a conversation with someone. There are a few people that I enjoy going with to parks, but I like to move at my speed and not listen to whining, being held up to shop (I couldn't care less about souvenirs unless it's a park I'll never visit again), or watching shows unless they're entertaining (some are, but most I've found are...eh). Hope you have a good time when you visit Universal. Eric -

Puh-thetic, that place. And that is the most ghetto-looking monorail I've ever seen. That one shot with the caption "Construction" might well have read "Destruction." At least it looked more like that. But thanks for a great laugh, Dave. Eric -
^ Sometimes I put a shot of Fanta Orange or Strawberry in my Diet Coke. Gives it a nice flavor. Also, at Taco Bell, I put a shot of Mountain Dew Baja Blast in my Diet Pepsi for the same reason. Eric

I have this saved somewhere on my hard drive and watch it occasionally. But I do agree that it's a great ad and fun to watch. I also wish they'd sell that car in the U.S. It looks like a current model Honda Accord wagon. Eric

No. Have you had a soft drink today?

"WHY yesterday did the ATM ask if I wanted to continue in ENGLISH....no I'm in America and want to read spanish..." (deguy123) I agree with you, but with Spanish speaking Latinos being the fastest growing segment of the population, retailers are making it as easy as possible for them to do business. In other words, it's all about money. Eric
