  1. Any WDW park is good, too. Last year, we watched two ECVs collide in the hallway coming out of Spaceship Earth. Priceless. Eric
  2. I think I have that coaster ornament, too, Chuck. It does look familiar. So far this year, I haven't done much decorating. Only have the BigAss lights up this year. But your decorations are really cool. Your food looked good, too. Only I don't eat mushrooms... Eric
  3. Look for the guy with paper cuts on his tongue. Why don't they make seven-speed manual transmissions for cars?
  4. ^ From North Carolina. < From California. V From Davey Jones' Locker!
  5. It's been at least two years since I rode X. I really did give some thought to going out to SFMM this past weekend to give it one more try. From the reports I've heard here, I should have. I will get out there to get my 2008 Xtreme Play Pass sometime in January, I'm sure. Eric
  6. Eating a biscuit---right now. Eating a biscuit---and how. Dripping with butter---all over. Oops I dropped some---call Rover! Eric
  7. ^ Screen name is a type of storm. < Screen name is a bunch of initials. V Screen name is what alpacas do behind the barn!
  8. Sounds like a great deal and a lot of fun, but I'll have to pass on this one. Thanks for doing the legwork for us. Eric
  9. ^^ That's one I've considered. One of Diana's friends is in school studying photography and wants to get into the profession. He, too, recommended the Canon 40D. Eric
  10. Yep...two of each. One sister passed away back in 1999, though---cancer. Would you sit on Santa's lap and tell him what you want for Christmas? Eric
  11. Hey...I love California!!! California SHAKES!!! Eric
  12. And don't forget that WDW is not that far from the Orlando Airport. If I recall, they have shuttles that go over there. Eric
  13. So they can get out of doing their work and still get paid. Since diabetes eventually kills you, why didn't they spell it "die"abetes?
  14. ^ Well, I guess my last ride on Granny Grand Prix was...my last ride on Granny Grand Prix. [hangs head respectfully for 30 seconds] BRING ON THE CONSTRUCTION!!! Eric
  15. ^ CTU Agent would be up all night with that! Eric
  16. Very nice. Just looking at those shots makes me want to step up my search for a good digital SLR. I've been looking at some Canons; maybe it's time to actually choose one. Eric
  17. ^ Then you should beat 'em with a "Chav-Stick!" Today's rant: People who take their anger about someone/thing else out on you. Just now, in fact, my wife is getting ready for a party and is in panic mode. So, after wrapping a gift, she brought the tape dispenser back into the office (where I am) and slammed it down, saying, "So you don't get all mad wondering where this went..." I knew where it was all the time. WTF was that for?!? Eric
  18. Because the poachers got all the malchaps before they could run away. The flergels must be ACEers because they don't run as fast! Why did they spell "Belgium" with a 'g' instead of a 'j'? Eric
  19. Today marks the one-year anniversary of my admittance to the hospital for a five-day stay. Damn the diabetes! But I'm doing much better now and have gained 30 lbs. Eric "145 on a 5'8" frame" L.
  20. ^ Just to save you some time, the new ride colors are supposed to be a red track with dark gray supports. Give it a couple of years, and it'll be a pink track and light gray supports. Thank you, Mr. Sun. Eric
  21. ^^ Depends on what kind of tears... Eric
  22. The Lion King is classic Disney, and its own ride would make for a very popular attraction. As for the idea of making rides out of the others you suggested, de ja vu, FAIL!!! Eric
  23. ^ I got an e-mail from SFMM that said something about this weekend being the last time you could ride X before it goes down for its transformation. I entertained some thoughts about going, but I'm not in the mood to get beaten up! Eric
  24. Yeah, I didn't think much of the Freeway Coaster, either, but Tree Top Racers was fun. It's the same model as the one at Wonderland in Amarillo, TX, and, I think, Lakeside in Denver, CO. Eric
  25. ^ SFMM is less than 20 miles from the Burbank Airport, and I think Knott's and Disneyland/DCA aren't that far from John Wayne or Long Beach Airports. Eric
