I think this just made my entire day!!! As for the perfect weather for the weekend, I can say I'm going to end up freezing... It's going to be 105 or so all week here, and if it's a high in the 70s, that's a good 30 degree temperture drop from here, not to mention, we're having lows in the 80s. Does anybody know of an outlet mall/real mall not too far from SFoG?

I'm loving the more traditional style of the rides in this park- it works very well, and the coasters all seem to look like they belong there; everything fits, and it fits nicely- great job! -

OK: I give in. You win... Here's a shot from a new park under development- Flying Gardens. This is the CR Coaster, Hurricane, and the Platform built around it. (Yes, I know, this goes against my general principles, but here goes anyway. SCR73.BMP See? It's a building. And our NEW Intamin Wingrider (Non-inversion) SCR75.BMP And the queue line, too. Yes, More structures. I feel like such a weenie. -

Epic win, BTW: If they do a Cheetoh Hunt to Verbolten, I'll be handing out the pitchforks and torches... As for the speed of 81... I'd bet it's in KPH myself; the scale of the coaster as we 'currently' see it is too small for 81 MPH- even under the best circumstances. It would be too fast for a 'family' scale coaster such as Verbolten, and I don't think Zierer is ready to take that step up at this point.

AJ has a copy of it (as above) and I've got a copy of it as well. I had entered chat (As is my 'semi-normal) procedure, and the above conversation was in place; and I'm still a bit upset at the whole thing; perhaps the better term is stewing over it. I was (prior to his e-mails) trying to figure out the whole thing; if it's me being sensitive, or me being picky, I don't know. Either way, I feel a bit back-stabbed in it- and was trying to come up with a way of asking this: Is this something I should deal with directly, let the powers that be deal with, or just drop it? At the time I said I'd be passing it up to you (Robb) but I'm one to think things out before making a call- thus the e-mails/messages therein. I tend to be a trusting/forgiving sort- but I feel like I've been stabbed in the back here, and I'm still unsure of myself- and the actions of the others; granted, I know I have to HAVE a thick skin over things- but this to me seems inappropriate. Chat has it's wide open-berths, but talking behind ones back is something I don't know how to handle in an effective manor. Sorry for this- but I was trying to develop a solution on my own. R.D. EDIT: Should I let it go and move on then, Robb? I don't want to make waves- unless I'm in the wave pool. -

Done... and I've added that Fluffy Bunnies and Fuzzy Kitties will be rescued and find homes with each vote. -
I like the colors on Grizzly- very good in complimenting the forest location. I would, however, consider this: Make the whole coaster consistant color wise- the columns and dark track look great in a forest situation (Blends very well) which tends to add a visual 'plus' to any forest coaster. The lake under the screw is brilliant- and gives an edge to the detail that is splendid. Nice Job.

The imfamous Barrel Roll was done by legendary Boeing Test Pilost "Tex" Johnston- over Puget sound during the Hydroplane races. Mr. Boeing had invited various airline execs out on his private boat for the show, with intent of doing a low flyby of his new 'toy' . "Tex" was told NOT to do any fancy flying with the Prototype... and instead did two barrel rolls. CR Smith of American airlines looked at Mr. Boeing and said "If that's what your new plane can do and stay intact, we'll take 25." The rest is history (for American, at least).

Dude, that is in totally bad taste. And that's coming from someone who likes bad jokes. -

Track of the week 9/9/11, RCT II: B&M Inverted coaster And, to try something different: Track of the Week for 9/16/11 is going to be a bit different.
