He said the warranty has expired. And Apple charges an arm and a leg to do fixes.

Let's Learn about the Matterhorn!

^ The Yetis were added in the 70's as part of the makeover. I just learned that from my Disney Mountains book! How cool! -
I have my doubts to, but a lot of the sports announcers all are saying the Cubs are going to be good this year. Bite your tongues!

Yes there is. It's American made!

^ I love it. He goes from one gas guzzler to another. What's the going rate for gas in Florida?

Ah, I left Philly only to find myself needing to work 60 hours this week. Ugh. I guess that means beer! Just slightly hoppy. That's a hop level I can handle! Speaking of spring (see that was an awesome segue), here's Sierra Nevada's ESB. Nice and sweet. Perfect for spring......hey, where the hell is spring? You may laugh at my love for Lakefront, but Capital is taken over. Here's their Maibock. Quite honestly one of the finest red ales I've had. This from St. Patty's Day. O'hara's Irish Red.

Can we throw in some "Built this City?"

Article: The Mecca of the Mouse
mcjaco replied to sugart's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I found it odd that his whole goal was to report on how a single male person would go about a vacation at WDW, and he did absolutely none of that. It was just bitching, all the while throwing in witty remarks. Glad he isn't a real writer, he'd be broke. -
Olsor's Amusement Shoebox

Sadly, Robert Jordan's reporting skills are just as bad. Nice video. I don't think I rode this for a couple years in my defiance of them taking out Z-Force. -
This made me giggle. Only because Joe said it.

At the time you're going you need to do this: EPCOT - head directly to Soarin'. Do NOT wait, get that ride in first. Then I'd head towards Test Track. The rest of the day will be easy. MK - I typically go straight to Big Thunder and Splash Mountain, then I head to Peter Pan. After that, you'll only have to wait for Space Mountain. Hollywood Studios - Go right to Rockin' Rollercoaster, then Tower. Again, the rest of the day will be a piece of cake. AK - Go right to Everest. You can cut through Dinoland USA if necessary. As for meals, you're probably too late to get reservations for a lot of the places, since the meal plan participants fill those slots way in advance. I typically go right to Guest Relations the minute I enter the park, and see what's available that day. You can get into most places, because people cancel that day, you just may not get a time slot you like.

^ I've got a bottle of that chillin' right now. Perhaps tomorrow night.....

^ That was a well needed break from a bad week. Thanks for meeting me! As hard as I tried, Nicole would not take my flower.

It's called building the suspense Justin. Lou is waiting for just the right time.

^ Eating at WDW is one of the best parts! If you don't get reservations before you go, RUN to Guest services when you enter a park and see what's available that day. Typically people cancel, and tables will open. -
OK, it's time to put up or shut up. I may even have some faces myself. Here we go. A great spring time brew. Hopefully warm weather is just around the corner! What better way to end this, then with New Belgium (Mmmmm)'s Springboard. I know Bubba loves it, but I rate just slightly above average. I don't know, nothing really struck me as awesomely good. North Coast's Old Rasputin. The Payton Pilsner. I'll be honest, running the ball may be like making romance, but this made me want to spike it. Nothing spectacular. Another local product, Aurora's America's Brewing Company. They're of Walter Payton's restaurant. I think the rated a "meh" for me. Although, for some reason I keep wanting to buy more, so perhaps my face is not indicitive of what I thought. Local product, Two Brother's Cane and Ebel. This is probably the first GL brew I really enjoyed. Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold. I have no idea how this one escaped my grasp this long. Rodney Kibitzky is a local resident and one of the Long Shot winners. We got to meet and talk with him, and I picked up some goodies. Wait it's light out and Matt's drinking. The neighbors must be out for the day. More Sam's. Irish Red. Abra tries Sam Adams Double Bock. She enjoyed it, but found it a little too heavy. Abra made beer bread for one of tasting groups get togethers. Sunset Wheat Beer Bread = Matt's favorite bread of all time. It made the eniter house smell of blueberries! I had been told tales of palette fatigue, and richness. I found it to be like drinking cocoa powder. Meh. Southern Tier's Choklat. Thus far in 2008, this is my surprise pick. Very refreshing, great color, and just seemed to finish nicely. Sun Dog Amber Ale. It made me think warm thought, so I picked some up. Stupid Chicago winters. It was OK. Not much substance to it. Certainly not the wheat beer I was expecting. Just aa touch of raspberry. Sea Dog's Raspberry Wheat Ale. Honestly, I'm trying to find beers for my sister. I swear! Thus far, I have not been a huge fan of Lagunitas (except Brown Sugga and Cap Stout), this is one fine brew though! A picture of Lumpy Gravy. Dark, just like Zappa. A little lighter in the raspberry's than I was expecting. Not sweet or tart. It was excellent. Darkhorse's Raspberry Ale. Do I finally have something the peeps in PA can't get? I found it odd. Odd, but very drinkable. A nice touch of ginger. First up, Left Hand's Juju Ginger.

I think he was referencing Tom Cruise's character in Days of Thunder. Dick Trickle is by far the all-time best NASCAR driver's name. Exactly. Top Gun on a Nascar track. I have a 1/32 model of a F1 Ferrari somewhere. It's massive and looks like a projects I'll get to around 2040. I have always loved the looks of F1 cars.

Photo TR: Jahan's Awesome TPR-Midwest Trip Report!
mcjaco replied to arrowfanman's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Jahan, my dear boy. It's American Eagle. As for us spinning, I will quote Jahan as we entered the car, "Let's sit on the two outside seats. That will balance our weight out, so we don't spin." Either I'm way fatter than Jahan, or vice versa, because that plan backfired tremendously. It was seriously the most insane ride I've had on Rajun Cajun ever. -
^ Interesting. I'm not having that issue.

Is there rubbing in F1? Afterall, "rubbin', is racin."

Except for Idol and F'in Mania, those are all rumors.
