Just to be nit-picky... The Ride of Steel that is 3 hours away from Behemoth sure, a lot of people from our side of the border have been to Canada's Wonderland. But Ride of Steel is several years old so Behemoth will probably automatically seem better. Plus El Toro is a 9 hour drive from Behemoth, I seriously doubt most of the GP in Southern Ontario have ever been to SFGAd. But that's just me being a b!tch before drinking any coffee in the morning. I look forward to riding Behemoth. I doubt it will crack my top 10 but it will be fun for sure.

^By pacing I think he means how the elements are combined. For example - hill, turn, helix, hill. On Superman it's like... helix... STRAIGHT BIT STRAIGHT BIT STRAIGHT BIT hill. It's odd. Any straight, level section of track feels weird to me on a coaster. Most other coasters, it is either changing direction or elevation constantly. BUT ANYWAY... thanks for sharing, Paul!

I LOVE NINJA WARRIOR. My favorite parts of the show are when they say something in English... SPIDER WALK! Wow. I'm a dork.

^Wow, what a surprise! I NEVER saw that coming! Can't wait to ride it! Oh well, no matter how good, bad, or mediocre it is, it will still be the best coaster in the park, and the only B&M within a 5-hour radius of the park, and therefore everyone in that area will proclaim it the best ride ever. Gotta start somewhere!

Sufficient and comfortable are 2 separate things. Lapbar restraints for looping coasters are safe. If they were statistically unsafe, they would be outlawed. I have only been on 2 looping Schwarzkopf's but on both the forces in the loop keep you completely in your seat. I feel perfectly safe on both, and enjoy the ability to actually move my arms and look to the left and right, unlike with OTSR's.

::snicker:: We had to satisfy the requirements of PennDOT, by having the ride be continually under construction for 15 years, when no actual construction work was being done. It all makes sense to me now.... Anyone who lives in PA or drives through it frequently will understand This ride looks pretty cool, and added bonus for Waldameer being close to Presque Isle! I used to go there every summer for the beach.

Am I the only person not impressed by the Norwegian loop??? Anyone else who's ridden Speed Monster agree with me?

Did you have to get it re-pierced after you had KT? Feel free to ignore if this is TMI for some reason. I have my navel pierced, and in my ears 3 in each lobe and 2 in the left cartilage. I love the feeling of getting things pierced cause I'm weird. But I can't get anything else pierced.

Nice... the last time I heard of someone building a ride without the proper permits it was that drop tower in Niagara Falls that was SBNO for a few years hope they get their stuff straightened out quickly.
