What is your favorite band?

Eagles, not only because they make great songs, but because of the sheer meaning and depth woven into the lyrics of each song they've made. -

I had the glitch on a park before, oddly, it still won't work if you go back into the scenario editor and re-save the park. The only thing you can do is go back into the scenario editor, and put in the CS foliage set. It's an odd glitch as I didn't even use any hacks on the park, and the problem still happened. So I have no idea how to prevent it. -
Here's mine. I tried to go outside of Castle themeing but staying within medieval, replacing all but the entry way's and the Beemer's (which I rebuilt, inspired by Neuschwanstein Castle) castles with a village (Shuttle Loop), forest (GCI), and a not hugely themed, but green garden (flats and the log flume). Hope you all like it! www.themeparkreview.com/game_exchange/track.php?id=2321 IT A LAKEII.BMP IT A LAKEIII.BMP

Aww... I've got a lot of work to do now... -
Thanks everyone! With the ideas and critisim, I think I found something that works! Keep em' coming! I like this idea b.BMP For comparison, the old trim and second launch, which was basically and odd really high bridge. SCR2.BMP And the new launch, which is within the old tunnels the segment after the old launch dropped into. The coaster now has a small bunny hill in place of the hill the old launch was on, the bunny hill ends with the track going into a cave on the side of the canyon, where it there launches. SCR5.BMP I've worked on the twist track area a bit, adding an arch, lake, and small waterfall. SCR4.BMP Ride viewing area, that silver rushes under

Starpointe [RCT2]

To put it in the simplest words I can: Holy Crap. This park is amazing! Perfect balance of ride interaction, color, landscape. Great job, can't wait to see more! -
Seeing Rockin' America has a black hole and Commerson's Island's work it temporarily done, I figured it would be a perfect time to make a thread for this... so I did Gold & Silver : Racers of the West Basically the ride is a dueling, terrain following, wild west themed, Intamin Blitz. More so or less so a combination of Maverick and Cheetah Hunt. The design's terrain is intended to have the feel of the American Mid West, with a dessert, arches, and huge canyon running through the center of the map. The coasters themselves have two launches on each track, one that launches into a tower, and one that launches into a drop. Zero inversions, four caves, several trench runs, and a' whole lot of twistin' goin' on! Hope you like, critism welcomed and encouraged! SCR4.BMP One of the ride's focal points is this high five element located on a bridge over a canyon SCR5.BMP Silver's station SCR6.BMP This picture is mostly unfinished, but it shows the cat walks on the ride thus a cave SCR2.0.bmp A train bridge, that isn't finished (Well, its finished for me, but not for the park's story) overview!.BMP And to close this post: an overview

I love your parks, they're always have such a wonderful, old-school RCT2 feel to it, but mixed in with well selected CS objects to create an awesome park. Thus upon this, awesome coasters! Can't wait to see how the expansions come out! -
R.D.'s Patent's thread.
Kraken & Manta replied to QueerRudie's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
This thread is so awesome, being able to view the history of theme parks through the inventor's eyes is simply amazing. Thanks RD so much for this thread! About this update, Harry G. Traver is my greatest hero when it comes to theme park ingenuity. Although I've seen the Cyclone patent, I've never seen the patent for Zip, nor the Flying Turns which were also a great invention, and again, it's so awesome to look through them. Can't wait for next week's update! It's sure to be amazing, same as all before! -
I kinda like Georgia Cyclone, I found it to be a really fun ride with great air-time. Sure it wasn't the smoothest ride in the world, but it wasn't really bad at all. Regarding steel coasters, although it's not really hated, just not regarded as anything special, I find WDW's Thunder Mountain a fun ride. Of course no super intense air-time machine, but still a ride that's just really fun to ride.

It may not be my number one favorite song, but Eagle's "The Last Resort" really has amazingly crafted lyrics and overall meaning woven into the song. Creating a very solid, meaningful, work of art.
