Most Photogenic Coasters
CorkscrewFoley replied to darklingscribe's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I know everyone thinks the Voyage is beautiful to look at, but I just wish someone would paint the steel framing on hybrids... Although I do love the one pic of it with the 90 degree turn. -

and may it never end... Amen to that brother...amen. Oh, I also forgot to add, Canada finally gets it's first 'real' hyper...I'm sorry, I don't consider Goliath as one. -

Beemer Boy, I got the Pulp Fiction ref. Vincent Vega ordered a five dollar shake, and the shakes at SFoG were 7.99$. Therefore they must be better than the five dollar shakes. -
I got the impression because you didn't get to ride everything you wanted, you have come off as bitter. I did Halloweekend a few years back, and got nauseas from a backseat ride on Raptor, but between the lines and all of that, I still had a great time. It's how you make of it which makes the trip either fun or horrible.

I hope it's not a Twilight themed ride, that would be very disappointing, to say the least. As for the ride itself, I think this is going to be a gem, even though it's a family coaster. Can't wait. -
It's not new, hell it's been eight years since it was re-released, but I have been diggin' X's Los Angeles and Wild Gift. In my opinion, John Doe and Exene Cervenka are a fabulous song writing team, I even hold them up there with my gods...Morrissey/Marr.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. Does anyone have any working hack rides? I got a Disk-O, but the disc doesn't spin. Been working on a first gen Intamin drop ride, but everytime the elevator goes into the lift, it freezes. -
When i first developed a 'fascination' with the UK park scene about six/seven years again, Nemmy was the main reason for it (as well as Vampire at Chessie). Definitely a cheeky TR, the pics were excellent, especially with the blonde Pippi in them, and the fact that I have Welsh background, I thought your TR was 'normal'...for a Welshman.

If this is going to be anything like Mamnut or Everest, than this should be fantastic. I really am looking forward to this with each passing day. -

Yeah, this was more like a Street Fighter (or KMG Afterburner). Thanks for the link George. -
Expedition Geforce cable snaps...
CorkscrewFoley replied to hobbit's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Hmmm, all this cable needs now is some random people dancing to slow music, a midget in the Black Lounge, and Dennis Hopper lip synching to Roy Orbinson's 'In dreams' and you have a David Lynch film... This is surreal and ubsurd at the same time...genius I tell you...Oh-oh, dog's barking, hope it's not the Intamin cable to get her... -

Oh my God, this is hysterical! I would so hate it if the Intamin cable monster came here to get me. Please tell me Robb got away safely... Oh and the line' I'm a single, lonely coaster enthusiast because of Intamin' was freakin' top notch...and so close to home. -

George, I can't remember, is the XXL a Booster or a Street Fighter? As for Flying Circus, the ride alone looks evil. I had a friend of mine on another forum retell her horror stories on it, then again, she was drinking on an empty stomach too...
