I can't even fathom this line of thought. Equally excited about a brand new RMC as you are for a train on a cookie-cutter Vekoma hang n' bang. The world's a twisted place. Oh absolutely! Possibly moreso than the new custom world-class coaster going in! Er, sarcasm aside, I'm just happy by the fact the line won't be 45+ minutes all the time anymore.

I'm not gonna be able to hit it until that Sunday either. I'm excited for it, and strangely but equally excited for the second train for T3, which I hear might be pink instead of orange. As for early reviews: Scott (upstopmedia) ranks it "among the best," and IOE posted some photos from physics day yesterday and said "it's worth the wait."

It bothered me whenever I saw a YouTube gamer do amazing stuff with the scenery within the game, thinking completely outside the box, but incorporate some really ugly-looking coaster layouts! With the potential the game already has with trackwork, it hurt to see this! Mine is kinda the opposite (hopefully). More or less inspired by Vekoma loopers, mostly Ninja from SFOG. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EI0ikCGa0Io

Gyroscope Rides/Spinning Rings

Bringing this back because I still love how otherworldly the Tourbillion looks at day and night, and I love the angles found in the video! Based off of another video I stumbled upon, it seems the ride has a cycle of 1 minute and 30 seconds. -
Not if it were electric go-karts! Theres a fairly new indoor family fun center in my town that has electric go karts, and I got to try it out with a friend. While they're not the most exciting things in the world, I did quite enjoy them! They go plenty fast on a tight-enough course, and I would assume any kid would have a blast on them! But I do agree that having them on the ship might have not been the best idea since that space would have very limited uses. A court on one ship could serve a huge array of sports, a ballroom converts into a meeting space/bumper car arena/roller skating arena/dance club/dining hall/wedding area/etc., but a go kart track could serve as that and maybe a jogging track... I think? You do have a point! Edit: After a bit of digging (and raised suspicion after looking back at the rendered image of the ship), I found that the ship will also have a butterfly/double-looping water slide onboard! That's probably the first of that type at sea too! Article Source No surprise considering some water slides (ESPECIALLY in Europe) have gotten crazier these days!

That sure is one hell of a deal for out of state customers! This looks like a continuing push by Ed to really put this park back as a strong regional destination like he had planned. And if we do the math for a person with no season pass... Regular one day ticket $39.95, plus $8 for parking would be $47.95. Per drink is a little over $2 usually. Discounted $29.95 TWO day ticket, plus parking is $37.95; $45.95 if you do come back the next day (added parking again). All that mixed with the free drinks!

Do You Bother With Water Parks?
Midgetman82 replied to Golddisk's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
If the water park is significant enough, I'll go out of my way to enjoy them. I feel very, very lucky that the two closest parks to me have outstanding water parks attached to them (KK and HW), so I almost always plan a day to include them when I pay a visit to the parks. I've yet to go out of my way for Kings Island's or Beech Bend Park's water parks since they haven't stood out enough for a visit, but I hope to change that soon since they're both getting new stuff. -
... I may or may not have already dropped the extra $45 last week after the pre-order to do just that. I'm trying not to sound like a Planet Coaster fanboy or anything, considering I now have all three theme park builders (RCTW at a reduced price, thankfully). That said, I've been digging it so far! Much more user friendly and appealing to the eyes than RCTW. You can get INCREDIBLY detailed with theming, and it's very easy to pour countless of hours into doing just that! The coaster builder is easier to use than RCTW as well. They just need to allow vertical sections, like what a lot of people have been mentioning.

Banana Man - Tally Hall Saw the music video for the first time last night and was simultaneously confused, disturbed, and blown away.

SourceSoon all three current theme park builders will be on their own versions of early access (Planet Coaster's the only one not on Steam)! They're also finally slightly raising the price of the game. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to use them once you get them. I've had one park I've been adding to with every new alpha that rolls out.

I can forgive Nvizzio for putting the time and effort into attempting to bring the franchise back to light, and I can only assume things look the way they are now because of ATARI's budget and deadline set on to them (plus the time lost in ditching the previous developers). I hope in time the game will improve, because the potential is still somewhat there.
