  1. It's nice to see construction going vertical, even though it's not the coaster yet.
  2. I actually have one. It's a Thunderhead t-shirt I purchased for only $10 dollars.
  3. Well said, Ryan. Except I find the Ark, Grail, and the magic rocks to be pretty far-fetched too. ...Not so much the items themselves, but for what they do.
  4. LOL, and a space ship is no more far-fetched than the Holy Grail, Ark of the Covenant, or three magical rocks.
  5. Heck, last year I was trying not to get wet on that thing because the water was pretty gross.
  6. Great PTR as always. I'm glad to hear you were able to ride later in the day.
  7. Gwazi has its OK days and it has its bad days. Early in the morning is a good time to ride the coaster, before a long line forms and it fully warms up.
  8. Best: 1.Dudley Do-Right & 2.Splash Mountain
  9. Since Disney is out of the equation, it fairly easy for me. ...Most of the rides at IOA and USF.
  10. X2 looks mighty purty, glad you guys had fun.
  11. $3.99 in the Tampa area.
  12. ^I loved the movie, but I wouldn't go that far. There were some minor flaws, but overall I thought it was great. I really didn't mind the Alien parts, but I agree that they could have made the ending a little better. Heck, it was 10 times better than any of the newer Star Wars. (That last statement was for Wes.) Here's my order: Raiders of the Lost Ark 10/10 Temple of Doom 9.8/10 Last Crusade 9.8/10 Kingdom of the Crystal Skull 9.5/10
  13. I've only been on one of each, so I didn't feel I had enough of a sample to form an opinion. ...But I did think that Spider was better than Pandemonium.
  14. Movie ticket for Indy 4.
  15. Indy 4 9.5/10 I loved the movie. It was everything I was hoping for and more. It's a must see for any action adventure fan. I thought they wrapped up the series very well. I just don't see where they could go from here, and to tell you the truth I'm not sure if I would want them to. Oh and I did appreciate them answering a question I've had for 25 years at the beginning of the movie. If you've seen the movie, you'll know what I'm talking about. Overall, it did have some minor flaws, but what movie doesn't. In the end it's just a fun adventure film not to be taken seriously, and that's just the way I like it. Indiana Jones is and always will be my favorite movie character of all time. ...so from the bottom of my heart I just want to say, thanks for one hell of a ride Dr. Jones.
  16. I'm going to go out on a limb and say the movie will be a success.
  17. Thanks for the pics, Sue. I think Voodoo is definitely a solid addition to the park.
  18. I can't put any floorless coaster first that doesn't have a zero-g roll. IMO, easily the best of the B&M inversions.
  19. Great TR as usual, Chuck. You've been busy lately with all these media days.
  20. Great TRs of the event, guys. I'm still not crazy about the yellow loop, but I definitely understand the reasoning behind it. Oh and I'm glad to see they are painting the rails, it should look really good when finished.
  21. I would have to say WDW has the best operations on a daily basis. Busch and Universal are usually solid, but can be hit or miss at times.
  22. Steel: 1.S:ROS (SFNE) 2.Storm Runner 3.ROTM (USF) 4.Dueling Dragons 5.Kumba Wooden: 1.El Toro 2.Phoenix 3.Tremors 4.Timber Terror 5.Thunderhead
  23. "Bring out your dead!" Wow, this thread is old. Anyway, I voted Intamin.
  24. That was great. She definitely didn't look her age.
  25. E.T., now that's a classic. That was back when everything Spielberg touched turned to gold.(Indy, Jaws, ET, etc.) Let's hope it happens one more time on May 22nd.
