Hey Robb...you want to take this one or should we add some moderators? Glad you had fun...if you can in the future please try to write your report a bit more 'user friendly' with better spelling and punctuation. I bet Disney was busy as it's a lot of kids' spring break week. The Coasters at BGT are better than Kraken, and I like Kraken a lot. Skull Kingdom and Ripleys are a ripoff...almost everything on I-Drive is! Elissa "come on, Old Town is cool in a certain kind of way!" Alvey

This is kind of like the Disneyland or Knotts Debate... BGW is a really beautiful park, and you could wander around for days...key word being wander...not ride. The coasters are all 'okay' but nothing special. (Heck they've lost 2!) In my opinion, you'll maybe need 1 reride on some of them and that's it! The new ride should be cool, but again, nothing amazingly special and Pompeii is cool but there's not much else. PKD is very much like a Six Flags park, but at least they have some really decent coasters! I like Hypersonic a lot, Volcano is awesome, the bobsled is fun, Woodies are usually pretty good, they've got a great drop ride, the new painful top spin, etc. It really depends on what you're into! Call them! (229) 219-7080 There is a concert on Saturday so it might be more crowded than normal, but it doesn't seem to be a big name. LOL! Oh god, those bathrooms at SFWoA!! Those are some of the worst ever, and I've been to several '3rd World' countries! I think the Six Flags parks (outside of Texas) as a whole win this thread...but as far as individual ride ops I've got a great story... At Wild Rivers down in Irvine, CA we slid down one of the "Mat Racing Slides" I come to the bottom and run into a damn TAMPON!!! I totally freaked out and grabbed the lifeguard. He came over, started laughing, looked all grossed out and walked away. Having worked at another water park I asked him: "aren't you supposed to call someone to get that out of the water", he said "I think so, eh, oh well". AWESOME! Elissa "NASTY!!!" Alvey

I will usually check the parks website or travelocity to see what's nearby, then actually go to the motels website to get the best price. If I know that I'm traveling somewhere with a lot of choices during midweek low season I'll just wing it and pick up one of those "discount highway guides" at a local fast food place. The 3rd thing we'll sometimes do is try priceline. Only if we want to stay somewhere nicer than normal for a decent price. For example we can usually get the Hyatt Regency near Disneyland for about $50/night even on weekends! Elissa "hope this helps" Alvey

We actually have no real desire to go seeing how it's kind of like "Disneyland Light Edition" but it turns out we might accidently make it there towards the end of the year. We'll see, I'm hoping it will be a nice park if we make it there! Elissa "I like the train too!" Alvey

Good for Disney trying these different things now before this ride has a 2 hour line during the summer time! I wonder if there's a weight restriction on these 3 person tubes?
