  1. Yes to the Lemur Cage, and to some terrifying aviary where a giant bird almost attacked the girls! Stupid animals that are just basically a fox don’t get featured in Trip reports!
  2. Bert, Kura Sushi is expanding into the US so it may be the same chain! Kind of like how Gyu-Kaku is also making a stronger presence in the US. I am totally cool with more Japanese chains moving our way!
  3. ^^^That shirt is from the 30th Anniversary event at TDR!
  4. ^^The London location offers an “adult night” a few times a year. I want to go so bad!!!! ^ Well, she is 11 so hopefully she’s still growing taller! She’s always been short on the growth charts but as long as I get her above 5ft tall my job is done!
  5. At the Tokyo location there are suggested ages for each activity and the kids can get more or less out of them based on their ability. There are certainly activities that skew older or younger. At some other locations we’ve been to there were different jobs within some activities for younger or older kids.
  6. KT says her favorite all time Kidzania Activity was the courier service job at the Dubai location. Her favorite in Japan was the eyeglasses. Honorable mention to the McDonalds job in Dubai. She especially liked the London location as everything was in English and everyone spoke English!
  7. Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens for sure.
  8. "Angle of Decent"...ugh How long has that been up like that!!?
  9. ^Lotte World offered fried cheese curds on top of soda! I love this trend and can't believe of all places it hasn't made it to America!!!
  10. Great TR! The park really seems like it's becoming more 'real' as opposed to before it felt like a small fair type park that added a B&M by accident!
  11. I mean sure if you're forgetting Put-In-Bay, Rock Hall, Football Hall of Fame, Hocking Hills, the lake in general, etc. When it's narrowed down to what's between two points of interest... I would have said all of the Dayton flight museums/Wright brothers stuff, etc. over a lake and random all of fames, but still...Ohio.
  12. Ohio - Where a prison is the best sightseeing they have to offer!
  13. Overkill much? What a wonderful society we now live in.
  14. The poffertjes-house survived the fire!
  15. Yeah, I had also heard some changes were made when VR was put on, so looks like there's yet another reason we can all hate on VR! I hope it reverts back to it's normal awesome RMC self soon. ^My level of Spanish is from Dora the Explorer and Handy Manny and we never had any issues. I've always said, if you take the time to learn like 20 words and phrases in the language of the place you'll be visiting you'll do so much better!
  16. I would really like a ninja course similar to the Miami one here in Orlando. I hope they bring that along with the cars!
  17. Looks like a combination of Helix and Taron. That's great for most people! I'll be over at Steeplechase!
  18. ^Yup! From our one and only Myrtle Beach visit! And remember...there are now multiple people telling you to skip Myrtle Beach. Going anywhere near that place July 4th? No thanks.
  19. I'm not going to go too much in detail as I feel like we argue about this every year but you have some long drives on this list and I don't understand when you'll be doing them. The one that stands out the most is a day at Kings Dominion and then the next day you're doing Myrtle Beach. That's a six hour MINIMUM drive with no stops. Depending on what day and time you do it, it could be much worse. I get it if you're just going to go and do Family Kingdom as a credit whore stop, but then that's a minimum of 10 hours out of the way driving for some credits?
  20. If they auctioned off a chance to burn those OTSR's instead of just letting them rot they would have enough money for a new coaster!
  21. I assume this is the place we'll be sending our prisoners to once Guantanamo Bay is fully shut down.
  22. ^The incline railway is worth the trip out there! When you take it down, there's even a small pop of airtime!
