Thanks for not linking, as it was not allowed. And we don't even need video to know that a Tokyo Disney brand new trackless dark ride is obviously going to be super impressive!
I'm trying to decide if on our next trip to the park I would put our group in the new hotel, or stick with Ling Bao which we love so much! It's a hard call.
I look forward to checking out their Halloween offerings once they offer them on week days so it won't be super crowded. Thanks for the detailed report, the skeleton crawl is a cute idea.
^Don't be so sure! This is American Dream we're talking about and I've seen crap policies like this at other places too.
I'll never forget Gaylord Palms big ICE play area for kids that had no bathroom and didn't allow re-entry...for the attraction portion that was geared for KIDS!!!!!
It sold out reservation wise pretty fast today so I think it's safe to assume we'll see it a lot in the next month and a half, not even just on weekends! I'll wait till the hype and crowds have died down before checking the houses out.
I feel that KI is one of the 'most improved over the last 15 years' parks in the US. I remember dreading going there. No shade, long lines, crap rides, terrible food, etc. Cedar Fair actually really seemed to make a positive difference which I wouldn't have given them the credit for early on. I actually like the park too now!
So we're actually trying to figure out a couple of parks we can maybe hit that are not Florida or SoCal by the end of the year and with Holiday in the Park St. Louis is a possibility. Can any of the locals let me know what rides usually run (or if it's easier don't run) during the winter event?
I think that's a VERY optimistic timeline. Honestly I see 2021 looking a LOT like 2020, at least park wise. Still with masks, social distancing, limited capacity, etc.
You basically are correct with the two options. Totally agree that if people just asked and weren't dicks it wouldn't be a big deal, but usually that's not the case, especially on YouTube. If you're small and just starting out and don't want to ruffle too many feathers then by all means contact them first and then if they don't respond I would file the claim. It's super frustrating and I feel your pain and decision making process.
