You're going to be looking at bad crowds anytime those two weeks. Kids are all off for the most part 12/17 - 1/3. I do agree the 17th - 25th will probably be slightly better but you may not even be able to tell. At Sea World and Busch Gardens I would spring for the Quick Queue and then you don't have to really worry much at all. You're timing for two days at BGT and one at SW should be fine.

^At least you don't have a nine year old playing with you who insists on keeping every eeveelution because they're 'cute'. We have 12 Pyro's each named something different and about 8 or 9 Jolteons and Vaporeons each!

So I haven't been paying much attention but apparently Lightning Rod is down and having issues again? Can any of our more locals/regulars confirm more than just what the website says? -
The loading screen is adorable!

^The candy is certainly the best part of this 'event' other than the fact that they're going to start doing 'events' in general. I havne't been able to play in a couple of weeks due to family stuff, but looking forward to getting back out and walking and playing a bunch with some better Florida weather.

US Parks haven't opened yet for the day so we'll wait and see. What model is this exactly though? I think most of the US Parks have the bigger rapids boats. Finally saw some footage on US TV about this. The accident appears to have happened in a different spot than some of the previous accidents that have been discussed.

Ha, this is actually kind of funny because the ferris wheel was having all sorts of issues when we were at the park and had mechanics working on it. We were lucky to get on. -

I love how angry Kristen looks while being forced on the kiddie coaster. And seriously...I really wanted to hate Pulsar, but it was so much fun! I could seriously see these taking the places of a lot of the older splashdown boats in the US. -
KT and I still play. We've kind of bonded over it and we walk more because of it so I don't see a down side. From all of the crazy articles and blogs and bitching about the game out there it sounds like there is still A LOT to come and basically the game was released in barely a beta state. I think people will come back when there are big new updates and those of us who have continued to play during the downtime will hopefully have a leg up.

Williams Grove Halloween

This place is scary enough without any haunting or props...this will be terrifying! -

Kings Dominion. Also, look into Fastlane as we are in prime Halloween Event time and the park will be busy on a Saturday.

Fiesta Texas' water park usually doesn't open until April. I'm assuming Schlitterbahn opens earlier but it may not be open for your visit in March. The timing of parks also depends on what days, who's out of school, are you getting Flash passes, etc. With Flashpass you only need one day at each SF park and then you can do other fun things as was suggested.

Straight line distance we're less than 10 miles from the parks. I cleaned up 1/2 a bag of leaves and small twigs from our property. I drove around a lot today (KT had a party to attend and we went out to lunch) and didn't see anything significant from Touristy Orlando up to Winter Garden. We even have this large dead oak branch that I was hoping would fall down and it didn't! -
Legoland New York Discussion Thread

I still believe that putting a decent Legoland close to NYC would be equivalent to printing money.
