As long as the park is still set to open next Spring, I don't see this as a big deal. On the surface it looks like the park has extra cash now to add or expand the rides to be even better when it opens.
Sounds like this has happened to you a few times!
I wonder if the people who plan the layouts for the park don't have kids or have forgotten what it is like to take a family to the park?
I find the fact the park is going to be open year round more interesting then the ride. Can't imagine this will get much use when the fog rolls in or even open in the winter.
My list changes over time but today:
Favorite steel: California Screamin'
Favorite woodie: Giant Dipper at SCBB (Haven't been on Gold Striker yet)
Worst Steel: Kong
Worst woodie: Ghostrider
I have noticed that too. The ride is short and the train is in the brake run while the other train is pulling into the station. It does save a little time with a second train but not much. A fast crew with one train proabably beats a slow crew with two!
It is a fun ride but I can see a lot of enthusiasts trash it because it is not some mega coaster. Was lucky enough to have a roll back on this coaster.
Nice report from a park we don't see much of. From the looks of it all the portable rides make it look like a carnival instead of a park. To Bad Rumbler isn't aging to well. Probably needs some TLC.
