  1. At this point I'm fairly certain Robb is on some good drugs and we're getting stream of conciousness posts, hahaha.
  2. Judging by the given photos, and assuming you're flying Delta (since you always do unless you're going to Vegas), and assuming your flight was actually on the departure board picture, you're either going to a city that is currently engulfed in snow and ice, or Atlanta. Or the men's room.
  3. Alright, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is Mack's Blue Fire coaster concept, yes? As in same tech as Blue Fire and Manta. I just want to make sure because then I'll know how OMG INSANELY TERRIFYING this ride will be. The trains they use on that model is the most devilish thing you can imagine for airtime and inversions. In a good way of course! Excellent update, btw!
  4. ^ That was my first comment to Robb when we saw it today, haha.
  5. Mystery River at Movie Park Germany. INSANE rapids and dark ride mix. The river flows faster than you can believe and 3/4s of the ride is indoors.
  6. I couldn't help but think of Bubb Rubb. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTtnraRup9A
  7. Magic Mountain is in a tier all their own. Trust me, nobody looks at them for advice on how to operate.
  8. Oh no...Chinese knockoff Dragster. Bad things are gonna happen.
  9. Yeah, that's where a group of us went hiding when that insane rainstorm hit during the Europe 2012 trip. Unfortunately we had JUST finished lunch at the mexican place around the corner before ducking in there so we didn't sample the goodies.
  10. Soooo, jumping in a page late to the Skloosh control panel. I CALLED IT FIRST! SKLOOSH REFURB, BABY! WHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Page 201. I'll accept my reward in the form of cold, hard cash.
  11. The dilapidated chinese rollercoaster set for destruction was probably better than Son Of Beast, buddy!
  12. That looks like a really fun ride. I've ridden Raptor and Wild Eagle and enjoyed them both. They're not huge on thrills but they are very fun, especially Raptor. The interactive themeing was incredible on that one!
  13. What about Mindbender at West Edmonton Mall? I have no idea how fast that thing is moving as it enters the loops but it seems wicked.
  14. ^ Raging Wolf Bobs was a fun one. Nothing spectacular but an interesting layout.
  15. Always good news when a new park is built! Nice of them to add this is. Meanwhile Vegas is going to have two waterparks and we're running out of water fast. That's not a desert joke, either. Our main source of water is the snowmelt from the Rockies and it has been diminishing each year.
  16. EuroMIR. The soundtrack melts your brain. In a good way, of course.
  17. I'm still wondering why nobody has bought the damn thing. It's already fabricated, sitting in pieces across from Mandalay Bay. All anyone would have to do is screw it together which I'm guessing significantly reduces the buying price.
  18. Have you ridden Blue Fire?! That thing tries to tear you from the train no matter where you sit. Manta has some pretty intense airtime in the back seat, too.
  19. ^ You little... I started reading the thread and saw stuff from Astroworld and actually googled whether it had closed. Then I realized the posting date.
  20. ^ I'd prefer it if GeForce stuck around as a ride rather than a statue, though.
  21. Well, crap. I was planning on a visit the first week of March, too!
