Amazing water slides
megamatt replied to FLIPDUDE's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Ummmm. Why is that video flagged? The waterslides at Weirs Beach Waterslide. One was closed because this girl got whiplash and it had to be reprofiled. There the really cool 1970's ones. -

Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said

Yeah I bet one of my friends who thinks it's the same as Psyclone. I'll show him the differing layouts, different manufacturers, and contrasting speed height and lengths on the Internet, to prove the immense difference and earn myself $10. LOL! Thats really funny! What type of turn on a wooden coaster

Im the minority on this one. I like flat turns the best. Why bank the curve and kill all those awesome lateral G's? -

I've had to baby sit my 6 year old cousin Adriana and I can't even imagine how hard it would be to babysit a 2 year old. Obviously the parents fault in my opinion. If I ever left Adriana alone she would wander off, which thank god I have never left her alone. I don't understand why the child was left unattended. The last time I checked there is one entrance and exit to a bouncy house. and how could the parents not see there kid? I hope this dosen't feel too mean but I really feel bad for the child who died more than anyone else. The parents will be punished enough knowing that there carelessness caused the death of there own child.

There was a Flying Cars ride like that at Riverview Park Chicago. It was there until this lady commit suicide on it by taking off her seat belt at the top. Very good photo trip report. Looks like an awesome park.

Nice trip report. I wish I could go to a huge park like this sometime soon. *sigh* The biggest parks around here are SFNE(I HATE IT) and Lake Compounce(never been). Canobie Lake is my favorite but it gets tiresome going to the exact same park over and over again sometimes. -

Nunley's Carousel Turns again.
megamatt replied to J-ELLO's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I absolutley love carousels. They are pieces of art that people of all ages have enjoyed since the 1800's. I am very happy that this carousel got restored. My first carousel was a Loof carousel that also had some Stien & Goldstien horses on it at Canobie Lake Park. Nothing will top the charm of an immaculately restored hand carved wooden carousel. Bravo to whoever restored that carousel, they did a wonderful job. -

Wow. I was expecting a much better splash from Pilgrims Plunge. O.D. Hopkins splash boats are way better than Intamin splash boats. Nice TR. Holiday World looks like a great park. Hopefully going this summer! -

The new entrance is built! Woo! *happy dance* There is also a food court, information center, and motion simulator! WOO! In other news Pepsi Wheel and Super Viking were repainted. Bobsleds has really been put on the back burner. Parts of a dark ride have been seen in a fenced off area by White Water Mountain. Cool! Please comment. Big update coming up. A overview of the entrance. Looks nice, huh? The new entrance building! Woo! Also a Food Court, Information Center, and a Motion Simulator on the roof! Woo! It looks great too!
