Here is the POV of my newest RCT3 coaster, Swiss Bobsled. It is a custom Intamin Swiss Bobsled. I hope you like like it. I used more block brakes so the wait wouldnt be as long at the blocks. The wiered pauses at block 1 are from a problem with the recorder. [coastertube]http://www.themeparkreview.com/coastertube/play.php?vid=Swiss_Bobsled_3rhc[/coastertube]

In the line for the Zamperela Skater at Canobie Lake Park I overheard the folling conversation. Son-One day the giant skateboard car flew right off the track ma! Mother-really! Oh My God! Son-Yep, all 50 people on the ride died. Mother-your not going on this ride. Come on lets go. Me-Im sorry to interupt your conversation but what your son said is impossible. The motor isint that strong and even if it went that far there are bumps in the rails to prevent it. Mother-You sicko! You just want my son to die on this dangerous ride. Lets go Jimmy. -

Cool photos. Rudy Guliani is such an @$$ for tearing it down. The Thunderbolt was still stable. -
Kennywood Thunderbolt & Kennywood Jackrabbit both have fun prelifts. Space Mountain @ Walt Disney World has a fun prelift. Arrow Corkscrews(in general) have a fast and short prelift.

I totally agree. Though I've sworn off most spinning flat rides, I can endure the Zipper for some reason. A Zipper can be great fun if operated properly, but I think the Orbit would be beyond horrific. I'd love to hear from someone who rode it ... The orbit was run slow, more like a sky wheel than a zipper. -

I was wondering if you could help me with it. Me and my dad are going to go to all of the interesting east coast parks. To save money, we will be staying at campgrounds in our pop up trailer. I want to focus on the New Jersy and Pensylvania areas. My dad wants to see all the major Six Flags and Cedar Fair parks. We want to complete this in a month. Do you think it sounds fesable, and do you have any suggestions for parks to go to?

WHAT???? I can't imagine that ANYONE would oppose making it smoother and faster. If he's worried that enthusiasts won't like what they're going to do, then it sounds like there's a lot more afoot than just some retracking and new trains. This is soooo obvious what's happening. Fire, onboard audio, fresh paint, and possibly a catchy new name. It's the Shapiro era way! Texas Giant 2: Mr. Six's Revenge How could they have fire on a wooden coaster without burning it to the ground?

Could the "windshield" slow the trains down? Depending on how big it is it could cause alot of drag. -
I love pinball. My favorite machines are the Playboy machine, the Roller Coaster Tycoon machine, and the Funhouse machine.

What Is Your Favorite Wooden Coaster Trains?
megamatt replied to megamatt's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I like NAD Century Flyers and other. Other I picked because I like the trains on Kennywoods Jackrabbit, and Conneaut Lake Parks Blue Streak. Both were made by a Pittsburgh area carpenter. Century Flyers are the king of coaster cars, stylish, the ultamite in comfort(its more comfertable than my couch! ), and are nice and heavy causing a fast ride.
