  1. Don't mean to burst your bubble, Shane, but this has already been posted elsewhere on this site.
  2. Coming home from Afghanistan, I got stuck in Kuwait for a few days. I knew there were some amusement parks there, but they wouldn't let us off post to go find them. Needless to say, I'm jealous. Hopefully the next time I pass that way I won't be as tied up, but I doubt the next couple times I'm in Kuwait, it won't be for tourism.
  3. I understand. I've backed out of starting threads just because I found simillar ones doing a search. I maybe in the military, but I don't own a gun. When I was in Afghanistan, I got to liking the M9 Beretta I carried around, so I might actually get a hand gun in the future.
  4. That's odd, considering there's already a thread for weapons. http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38423
  5. ^ Must be your avatar of Pumba. For some odd reason, I keep thinking of him living in Texas (that is if he lived in the States instead of Africa). < Sometimes that is the only way I can get to sleep at night. And it's not a teddy bear. v Look out below!
  6. Out of the Top 25, the only ones I've been on are Tremors and Timber Terror at Sliverwood. Timber Terror is not bad for a woodie, but hardly deserving to be in the top 25. Tremors has some crazy ejector time and speed!!! That's the best coaster at Sliverwood and is worth trying to find the park (it's in the middle of nowhere!).
  7. You should do a regular Photo TR called "Cooking with Chuck". Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? The music, football on the TV, good food . . . the only thing you're missing is pics of all the beer (or other alcohol) being consumed. And I'm jealous of you for all the cool ordinaments you've got.
  8. Well, a few coasters have given me some bruises, spinal injuries, and skull crackings, but otherwise, they're just fun to ride.
  9. ^ Why do I keep thinking you live in Texas? < You really don't want to know what's in my locker. v Hasn't been the same since the house landed on your mom.
  10. ^ SODA! I knew I was missing something. That had an interesting Lemon/Lime flavor. And when I think about it, I thought I did see a Cappuchino one, but I'm not sure. I didn't realize they rotated the flavors.
  11. Strawberry, yes. Apple, no--although that actually does sound really good. Here's the flavors that I can remember: Honey Coconut Sea Salt Salted Black Pepper Curry Strawberry Caramel Chocolate Am I missing any? Curry always had the longest line. Curry on popcorn didn't sound good to me, so I skipped it.
  12. ^ Bill, save your money for the Europe Trip. Oh, and are you trying to grow out your beard?
  13. Yes, two and a half hours of my life I want refunded. The movie was as pointless as a sphere. Do you know what's in the briefcase?
  14. "You must respect Shiriki Utundu no matter who you are!" I never thought I would actually miss being at a park, but I so miss being at Disney Sea! Words (and pictures) can't express how AWESOME this place is.
  15. Yes. Am I allowed to create another user name and start a flaming war with myself?
  16. I did. My shorts have cargo pockets that allow me to stuff a paperback in it. I real life saver when I'm stuck in a line like that!
  17. I admit that the new seats for the trains might make X a little bit more rideable (and despite my typical hate for X, I am planning on riding the "new" version). However, this still looks like they're trying to fix something that really hasn't worked from the beginning. Now, I never had the chance to ride X in it's premeire season (when everyone was saying it was running very smooth) so my two very rough experiences on the ride could be clouding my judgment on the over all ride. I still think they need to demolish it and move on to something else. 4D coasters are still too gimicky to become coaster staples.
  18. I second that, even if they pick up more coasters. I sure as hell will not ride Euthanasia ever again.
  19. One of my favorite quotes from the long past Calvin and Hobbes comic strip: The sure sign that there is intelligent life in the universe is that they haven't contacted us.
  20. ^ Keep your hands off the magic lamp. < Been nailed with gossip, so yeah I hate it. v You and Britney Spears, sitting in a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G!
  21. No, I live in an apartment complex. Do you believe that human bodies can spontaneously combust by shear will power alone?
  22. Japanese X at Fuji-Queue is by far the worse. After standing in line for almost three hours, I got the crap beaten out of me while riding. X at SFMM is a close second. About half the waiting time and not nearly as brutal. Jupiter at Kitjima(sp?) Japan and Mahattan Express at New York New York Casino in Las Vegas are tied for third.
