This pic was taken when my Guard unit was station at the Umatilla Chemical Depot in eastern Oregon. Our job was to protect the depot when the civilians cause chemical leaks--which happened often. No chemical spill will keep me from drinking my beer!!!

My extended family decided to have the family reunion during the Europe Trip, meaning there could be a possibility I might switch to the East Coast Trip. I'm currently not planning on dropping from the Europe Trip, but I would like to see what my options are.

I was hoping for the removal of X, but at least the new paint job will make less of an eye sore. However, the colors are giving me flashbacks of the horrible Japanese X. Poor Flashback. I've been wanting to ride it since I first visited the park in May 2004. That's one coaster I will never get a credit.

Sorry, Chuck, but apricots don't go with cheesecake. However, chocolate, cherries, and strawberries are excellent with cheesecake. (Okay, so I'm biased against apricots. Don't care for them.) M16A4 is a lot better from the stand point of all the neat gadgets you can now attach to the rifle. Although, I do miss the AUTO setting--BURST is just too short to have any fun. As for actually taking a beating? Well, AK-47 is much more durable and reliable than the cheaply made M16, especially in desert/dry environments. It does not, however, have the same range and accuracy. (Yes, I have fired an AK-47 once. Still prefer the M16.)
