$40 a year membership and we get $15 in store credit each year. Since I usually spend at least $15 a year in the store the membership is effectively only $25 to me. I would definitely try to make at least one event a year to make the membership even more worthwhile. It sure looks like a very reasonable value if events/parks recognize our membership.

Larry makes a corkboard out of wine bottle corks
larrygator posted a topic in Random, Random, Random
So a couple of months ago I realized I needed and corkboard I got an idea to make a corkboard out of used corks. So we the past 3 months I've been collecting corks from friends and family and decided to construct the corkboard on Saturday. Finished product! Now I need to buy some push pins. 42 corks in place, the glue is set and I'm trimming the container edges to the proper size. I laid out the corks and numbered each cork. Here are some of the corks laid out in the proper order. I needed something that I knew would adhere to cork and wood. If I do this again I'll use something that doesn't expand so much as it ruined the aesthetic. This is the container that will serve as a border for the corkboard. There look to be enough corks to make this happen. -
This thread is a good place to start: Rollercoaster Primer thread A lot of enthusiasts spend some time jumping around rcdb.com to learn which manufacturers are behind specific coasters.

Hey Divv! - ditch that hat quickly. You look more like a cartoon character than TPDave. -
The official NFL Discussion Thread

All that means is that the Colts have a real crappy second team. Drew Bress was 32 for 37 in his game with no interceptions. The Saints lost their top RB to a rib injury, their kicker shanked a 37 yard FG that would have won it in regulation and the TB special teams dominated the game. I don't think the loss can be pinned on Brees. For the record, I think Manning is a great QB, I just don't agree with your assessment that today's performances cinched the MVP for him. -
Mitch Hawker's Coaster Poll 2009!
larrygator replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The main difference is that Mitch's poll uses complex algorithims that compare preferences against people. With Golden Ticket each participant selects their Top 10 Steel and Wood. However, since the Golden Tickets is not as geographically disperse (and US based) coasters in the US are accumulating more "points". Participants can select any coasters (domestic or international), but too many participants have never ridden the international coasters. -
Maybe you might want to use more appropriate internet resources to answer your question. Yes, this is a random forum, but if your question can be best served elsewhere please don't waste TPR's bandwidth. Thread Locked

The color of Dale's Bud car was Red. The predominant color of Dale's Wrangler car was Yellow. And don't fool yourselves for a minute thinking CF even thought of this. They just happened to buy a lot of Red and Yellow paint when it was on sale. -
.. *IF* they can actually manage to get it done. No conspiracy theory though, with the debt load they took on from the Paramount purchase, they really needed to cut the dividend. FUN was a long-term investment stock for many, I'm sure there are plenty of people who look at a 40% loss over the past year and aren't happy about it. I'd be interested to see how many willingly take that loss or who wants to hold on and recover their investment. I'm pretty sure shareholders are just getting a cash payout and will no longer be invested. Of course, as with any merger/sale they are always law firms taking on class action lawsuits. I think 4 law firms have already filed around this takeover stating the sale price per share is too low and/or the current share price had been manipulated to drive it lower.

I really don't enjoy go karts, but that was one of the greatest TPR experiences. Comraderie, Competition and Craig destroying a go-kart. Awesome! -

The moderators have better things to do, like warn people about poor grammar. Consider this your warning as most of your posts follow a similar grammar deficient pattern. Robb has considered your idea with the current forum. However, if there is a generically titled thread asking for help, the thought is that not many TPR members are going to open a thread if they don't know the specific park people are currently asking about. -

Mitch Hawker's Coaster Poll 2009!
larrygator replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Mitch should put Dragon's Fury back in the poll. Haven't it pooled with favorite XC2000/XC3000 is a travesty because some people forget to rank it.
