$40 a year membership and we get $15 in store credit each year. Since I usually spend at least $15 a year in the store the membership is effectively only $25 to me. I would definitely try to make at least one event a year to make the membership even more worthwhile. It sure looks like a very reasonable value if events/parks recognize our membership.

So a couple of months ago I realized I needed and corkboard I got an idea to make a corkboard out of used corks. So we the past 3 months I've been collecting corks from friends and family and decided to construct the corkboard on Saturday. Finished product! Now I need to buy some push pins. 42 corks in place, the glue is set and I'm trimming the container edges to the proper size. I laid out the corks and numbered each cork. Here are some of the corks laid out in the proper order. I needed something that I knew would adhere to cork and wood. If I do this again I'll use something that doesn't expand so much as it ruined the aesthetic. This is the container that will serve as a border for the corkboard. There look to be enough corks to make this happen.

I really don't enjoy go karts, but that was one of the greatest TPR experiences. Comraderie, Competition and Craig destroying a go-kart. Awesome!

Personally, I don't enjoy watching coasters. Blasting someone with a water cannon, that's another story. Sometimes I wish those cannons were filled with acid.
