Ok, I thought I posted previously but I did not. About a week into the season I had a dream that the Washington Nationals were in the World Series against the Texas Rangers. I looked up the odds and to begin the year the Nats were 100-1 to win the World Series and Texas Rangers were 30-1. Not sure what their odds were to win their respective leagues, but if the Nats were 50-1 and Rangers were 15-1, a $20 parlay that they would meet in the World Series would pay around $15,000. A friend of mine was vacationing in Vegas at the time and I almost asked him to place the bet for me. I know it is only 20% into the season, but I sure hope these two teams don't make the World Series.

Jason - much appreciated. Looks like a lot of Northeast parks got hit with bad weather. Rides ended up shutting down at SFGAdv and Dorney Park due to high winds on Saturday. Luckily, no snow for us.

In my opinion Spiderman has an easier storyline to follow and movements of the ride vehicles are more effective. However, taking the time to follow it, I think DarKastle has a superior storyline and many of the 3D effects always make me flinch, which is not the case with Spiderman.

^I'm not sure of your defintion of boat load. But if you fill a canoe with quarters, than that value is probably close to what SF will take in per month for this effort. As far as why the ads are not themed. That's a lot of extra work for an Ad Agency and costs to an advertiser.

Knoebels did not enforce a single rider rule on Wipeout during the Sunday of opening weekend.

I love the idea and think it is awesome, although it could work better for a product that is more synergystic with the El Toro theme. Don't blame the SF or Intamin. Blame today's ADD society who refuse to watch commercials on TV. Throw out your remote controls and DVRs. Blame cheap enthusiasts who complain about park prices and force a bankrupt company to find alternative revenue streams.
