^ I forgot about the (probable) Toy Story Mania attraction coming to WDS. But an Indy.02 attraction in Adventureland would be awesome! Although, and unless they've updated the way to do it, trackless vehicles have to exist on a flat traveling floor. Could be a whole new form of trackless, with hills, etc.

Mmmm, I would love to stay at the MiraCosta Hotel for a night or three. But - for now, the wonderful Tokyo Bay Hilton at TDLR will do, in the future. Great interior shots of the hotel and your room! Everything looks just beautiful.

Eh. At that time in October, Playland is already into it's Fright Nights, lol. Not much holly or ho,ho,ho there.

And even with Ratatouille opening recently, I am hoping there is eventually more being added to the Studios as well. One can always hope.

Now that five years have gone by since that last post, I reckon I now make an average of one visit per week to Playland(PNE) during it's regular season....if I'm lucky, heh.

We were there when the Halloween stuff was starting up. A lot of 'green lighting' all over the park, lol. And blue lighting, too! I loved that the themeing was "darker" than I expected from any Disney park. Very cool. (o;

^^ There's an all-ride pass you can get, and it's worth at least 3-4 rides on El Loco, I remember being posted. After that, it's all rides including the other coasters, free! When you arrive, check out the crowds and buy tix accordingly. EDIT to add: Oops. Re-read that you're getting the wristband. Great!

"Where's the beat go?..."

^ Yes I remember doing that too, waiting a bit longer for the "special track." The funny thing was, once I got going, the person behind me apparently couldn't figure out how to drive their car LOL! She was on her own, but somehow she moved along, slowly and gradually having anybody behind her, catch up etc. I got back and waited. It took over five minutes for her car to get back to the station, followed by at least 8 very unhappy drivers. I did feel bad for anybody that followed her, and thanked the theme park spirits for giving me a break, lol. One of my last times in "the overpass queue" for Autopia, final night. Loved that the longest waits were for Dumbo and Autopia, lol. Great ongoing report on HKDL. One can never get enough.
