Teacups Make Me Sick

^Man, they had pepper jack??! Gotta go back there just for that. I think I went to the stand next to the Ninja looking ride...across from the mouse coaster.

So there is such a thing as cheese on a stick. I went to Cedar Point a few years back with my brother and I told him that I want to get a cheese on a stick b/c I heard that they are really good. So, I went up to one of the food stands....asked the girl for a cheese on a stick...and she looked at me funny and asked if I wanted a mozzarella stick. I tried explaining, no...there is a snack with cheese---and its on a stick. She still gave me a blank stare, I didn't want to argue with her and got the mozzarella sticks anyway. And my brother laughed at me the whole trip.

I feel your pain....I just got back from Jackson myself. Being a "local" I heard the weather report, and they were consistant that the rain was supposed to clear up by early afternoon (which it did). I did notice that there was a reasonable turn out considering it was raining and a bunch of people were heading over to the drive through safari (which is what I did). It does stink b/c the weather cleared up (as the reports said). There wasnt a threat of rain, but living in the state for all my years, I'm not a weather person, but you can tell (high winds, dark clouds, etc) weather or not there is going to be a storm. So, I'm kinda p'ed off that they closed early. But hey, my friend and I got to see some x-rated action at the Drive Through Safari...some brown bears getting it on right next to my car. Quite a site....they were really going at it. EDIT: There were much more then 20 cars in the lot....I've seen less on more clear days and people were still streaming in when we left.

Ah-ha! The weather forcast has changed and they are calling for drizzle in the morning and clearing up by the afternoon! I'm heading down there tomorrow with a friend who hasnt been to Great Adventure since Viper was running.

Umm...did they even try to do a google search on what Freestyle Music is? I guess they meant free to be what you want....but did they not realize that freestyle is already a music genre?

Freestyle Music Park? How will they tie in The British Invasion Land with Let the Music Play (or Stevie B)? If they add in a roller rink...then it might make it a little worthwhile to go down there.

I cant believe there are others out there who LOVES Skull Mountain. We should start a fan club and that would consist of me and two other people, my best friends, who are Skull Mountain fan girls/boys...when we end up at Great Adventure...we ride it as many times in a row as we can (in the back seat, of course).

Great report...the buffet/show looks like a lot of fun! I always wanted to give Big Bird a big hug. Did they have a Barkley wondering around??? (he was my second favorite muppet) BTW---Did you know that the guy who does the voice of Elmo is a six foot tall black man? Who knew?

Uhhh....I made the mistake of going to a Checkers today (Sonic's ugly cousin). Being it was my first time, I'm a vegetarian, and very hungry...there wasn't much for me to eat, so I settled down with an order of fries and a vanilla shake. THe fries I had high hopes for b/c they looked like there was a pepper-like seasoning on it. If there was I didn't taste it and the vanilla milkshake tasted an awful lot like banana laffy taffy.

If people would just be honest with themselves they'd be much happier. I got a few friends with ex-wives (and husbands) and kids thinking at the time having that would somehow kill the urge and only made it worse... now you got a bunch of bitter and betrayed people mad at you... and you still have the urges. ^Yes, and after people finish riding Bizzarro, they will say stuff like "jeeze, this was a lot like Medusa...I wonder what ever happened to that ride".

^I know that....my point is that they are marketing it as a brand new coaster (when it isnt, like Knotts advertising 10 coaster, misleading). A friend just contacted me asking about the new coaster. When I explained it to him, he thought is was misleading as well.

What a classy guy, he sounds really mature setting a good example with two kids laughing at the plebeians.

So this is a little off topic, but pertains to silly marketing campaigns. I was listing to the radio this morning and heard a commercial for Great Adventure...gotta pick up you season pass...yadda yadda yadda. Then they started talking about the thrill rides and then they said: Come ride the brand new coaster for 2009, Bizzaro. I'm going to not saying to my friends (who, I would guess you can put in the GP department) and see if they are lead into thinking that this is a new coaster, or they just slapped on a paint job to Medusa.

A game store sales guy said that the new games wont be compatable with the old DS system...is he right or trying to sell me a new system?

I unfortunately received a chain letter w that lady's pictures all over it. If you do a google image search, old woman with boob job in bikini...I think that will bring her lovely image up. In return for that picture, the sender got this: A meth mouth, the stuff nightmares are made of.

I second what Terry said. Seriously, speedos, bananahammock, swimming briefs...are usually never worn by people who should be wearing them. Unless you have a good body, they are just wrong. Just like it looks wrong for women who are of a certain age/size shouldnt be wearing a 2 piece/bikini. Guy in speedo/old lady w a botched boob job...which is worse??

(to get back on point) I GOT IT! Technically (if it wasnt in a junk yard), the Land of the Dinosaurs can be counted as a coaster. Its moves...its on a track....and if the Calico Mine ride can be counted, whats to say that this isnt a coaster?

^Don’t take it so personally...they could have put Mr. Six in the role (although odd)...because woman/girls already romanticize Edward. Not because he is hot, but more so because of his capacity for love and ability to show it to her. The love story is over dramatized and I'm sure if a woman actually met a man like Edward, she would go running for the hills (a man watching a girl sleep w/o her knowing = stalker). Although, it is really sweet that you read the books to be able to identify with the girls in your school...dont loose that sweetness, eventually you'll meet the right girl that will appreciate that in you.
