^That is a weak agrument...perhaps people that are conviceted of a crime and serve jail (depending on the state, abortion and adultery isn't) shouldn't be allowed to play. Just as much as you or would not receive a job offer if the employer runs a background check and you are convicted of a crime that is VIOLENT in nature. -

It just goes to show that the world is a disgusting place. Morals, ethics, are all pushed aside...everything comes down to money. This guy didn't make a mistake, a mistake is wondering into a dog fight and stupidly making a bet and then getting caught. What this subhuman did was bash in the teeth with a hammer the retired "fighters" so that they can be used as bait for younger dogs. ...hang dogs that didn't do well in the fights. ...tied up females that were too aggressive to be raped by other dogs when he wanted them to breed. ...downed dogs ...electrocuted dogs He knew exactly what he was doing and didn't make any mistakes in 'punishing them' or 'showing them who is boss'. What a horrible human being and to rewarded by allowing him to make millions in playing a game? What on earth kind of sick society pushes our own morals and beliefs aside for a game? It makes me sick to my stomach that people not only don't care but support this monster. -

I love how the caverns really try hard in promoting the beauty of a cavern's natural habitat, not only can you turn the cavern into a wishing well, you can see how the original settlers made moonshine...in a cavern. They might as well turn the rock formations into giant slides. -
This reminds me of years ago while visiting KBF....my aunt and uncle were taking there picture with Snoopy. We have the before picture of the three of them smiling happy. Snoopy got frisky and grabbed my Uncles a$$. The after picture is my uncle looking at Snoopy and holding his behind while Snoopy had her hands over her mouth. It was rather funny....he got a laugh about it.

I just watched a documentary that moved me to tears, The Cove is about a town in Japan that gathers dolphins and sells the small females to aquariums and then murders the rest. 24,000 dolphins are killed per year. The slaughter starts in September. The Japanese government allows the hunt because they feel that dolphins are a pest, they eat too much fish. However, they don’t acknowledge that a slaughter exists. The government support this slaughter not because of money, it’s because they don’t want to be told by the west what is acceptable in there culture. People in Japan don’t know that this takes place, and they don’t know that they are eating dolphin meat. The meat is sold as a high end whale meat (which is legal to sell in Japan). The sad part is, whale meat has about .05 parts per million of mercury, dolphin meat has about 2000 parts per million of mercury in the meat. In the movie, the filmmakers were able to film (by trespassing, using special rocks that held cameras, etc) the slaughter. They also put an underwater microphone where you can hear the dolphins screaming when the slaughter takes place. There are quite a few powerful moments in the movie, one of which is when a baby dolphin jumps out of the water into rocks when they are slaughtering the pod, trying to escape to only be harpooned once it hit the water. This was an excellent movie, it has been banned in Japan (hopefully some of the folks on this board can spread the word). I certainly will NEVER go to another dolphin show after watching this for if the park didnt get there dolphins from this town, it shows how stressful it is for a dolphin to live in captivity. Smoking: Park policies: Your opinion.

Being an EX-smoker...I love that they limit the places where people can smoke. Keeps any temptation away. I do miss my old habit, if it wasn't for that pesky lung cancer/advanced aging/emphysema I still would be a smoker. So, I'm all for limiting the smoking areas and as most people said, if they enforce it. -

I think this is a fantastic idea...and I just joined. We should rally towards getting McDonalds to allow 'big kids' to play in there playground. -

I've only been to CP once and stayed at Breakers. We walked over to that hotel for the OTB and food/alcohol. It was a fun restaurant with OKAY food. I'm a veg and there wasn't much on the menu for me to eat. But they did make a good drink (and they also had these HUGE beer glasses w a bowling ball base). I wandered around the hotel portion and it looked a little seedy, didnt see what the rooms looked like, but the hallway was a little seedy. When we were there (I think around 8:30/9pm), it looked like the water park was closed. Bowling was pretty neat (blacklight). I would probably stay there if I wasnt going to the park to play around in the water park....but it was a little seedy, perhaps bring your own sheets. -
Not to be a smart a$$...but that is a groundhog (or some people call them woodchucks). I've seen a baby one like him/her next to the Pappa Johns where the 'road' splits for Plaza de Carnivale (sp?) and the log flume area (cant remember the name). They are rather cute and this one almost ate the pizza crust out of my hand.

favourite coffee-brand/company!

I brew in a percolator Cuban coffee...its easy to make. Fill the coffee holder-jammy with cuban coffee (Its in the spanish isle with a yellow label, Cafe Bucca, I think). Fill the bottom jammy with water. Throw in 3 heaping spoonfuls of sugar into the water, stir. Its really freaking good...not much resemblance to coffee. But I guess thats why they added the 'cuban' part to distinguish it from the regular stuff. -
Robb, how do you make the dvds?

^Also B&H has decent prices (bhphotovideo.com). Be careful that if you buy any equipment, they tend to take a package deal and sell it to you cheap b/c they sell off the parts. -

Call me sad, but I'm going to miss the old Star Tours show (maybe they will keep the pre-show as a nod to the past...one can only hope). I remember going on Star Tours when it opened and since Lucas doesnt quite have the magic touch these days, who knows what crap the ride might turn into (kinda like when Disney transformed Alien Encounter to Stitches Great Escape).
