Looking at it from a business perspective, though, it would do her business no good if the park did not reopen eventually. That area can't be doing good without the park this summer.

^ I thought the same thing. I remember 90 minute waits for Corkscrew when it came out. 120 min for Gemini and 60 min waits regularly for the Mine Ride. CP=Constant Patience.

Not being a waterpark enthusiast, I can't speculate on how good or not so good WhiteWater Kingdom is. People have told me that it's better than the old Dover lake park and Pioneer, but that really isn't saying very much. In all my trips to CP, I've never gone to the waterpark. Ted hit the nail on the head when he used the word "disappointed", which is what i am right now. Did Cf ever say why they stopped Phase II for WhiteWater kingdom?

If two more coasters do get removed, bringing the line-up down to 6, what do you think the admission cost will be?

Looking it from Ted's satelite pic, it looks bigger than i thought. Maybe what CF means when they say: Traditional Family park they mean, rolling grassy hills, a handful of swings and a teeter-totter. I seriously hope not. Why not announce that Dominators last day is coming and get what money you can that way? Bouncing this off a few people i work with that have Masters Degrees in business and communication, they think maybe CF does not want GL to pull in great figures. Does that make sense to me, nope. But as they said, sometimes business decisions don't make sense to anyone.

CF yanking two more coasters does not surprise me, I just wish one of them wasn't Dominator. Take HeadSpin, please. Who knows, maybe the rumor I heard a few months is true: The ride side will be turned into condos. All told, though, it doesn't matter what they do with it. Taking X-Flight and S:UE/(or whatever CF called it ), was bad enough. Remove Dominator and i have NO reason to go back. I'll also think twice about going the CP.

I can't see the Hotel doing anything without an event, (pumkinfest) with the restaurants not being open. Will people want to drive to Silver Shores, Mama Bears or Pit and Pubb to eat? Open the Blue Streak for $2.00 - $3.00 a ride and maybe they could make some money.

I'd buy a brewery, a bowling alley and become a ski bum.

The fact that most guests only go to the water park is quite relevant as far as ripping out more coasters is concerned. ^ I couldn't agree with you more, Ginzo! And while we're on the subject of coasters, why isn't RWB's running yet?
