chrguy606 replied to chadster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I went on the last day of the operational year, and they had most of the attractions done and open. The river was especially nice, and hopefully everythin else will be too. -

Well, there is always being a piano player in the army band field. ITs realy, I guarantee you, and worth the steady paycheck and benefits. But thoe pianos are abused! And have laminated soundboards But worst of all, I bet none of them are Steinways or Bosendorfers! I'm not cut out for it. EDIT: I would be traumatized anyway if anyone bought a Steinway for that much abuse..... I'm not sure what you mean by abused. Qualtiy, profesional quality instruments are used by all military musical organazatins. After all, military musicians are profesionals in their own right and use qualtiy level instruments.

Best and Lamest Coaster "Ending"
chrguy606 replied to Teddymonster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I think that the best ending was the magic carpet section of the texas giant. The worst.......hmmm, probably alpengeist. Although I love the ride, after that last inversion, the helix kinda kills it for me. No real speed through it. -
Best Arrow Suspended Coaster
chrguy606 replied to HCOSurfer90's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I've been on only three of these coasters (XLR8, BBW, and Ninja). BBW was the best of the three in my opinion. Even though I knwo it wasn't the greatest or most thrilling, its kinda sad that XLR8 wasn't even a choice. It has a special place for me, as it was one of the first coasters that I really liked and wanted to ride over and over again. Such a shame about Astroworld. -

You know ,there seems to be quite a fair share of gays in the coast fanatic arena. Who would have thunk? Whats the reasoning for that. Anybody have a theory?

How did you end up here???
chrguy606 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Used to check rcdb.com daily a few years ago, and this was a link from their site. Lurked for a long while, then finally joined last october. -
Well, at least they are starting to dive into the other charecters stories and such, even though it wasn;t very much. Y'all take note that its just starting and there is plenty of time to develop all the charecters and have them all featured musically.
