  1. Great photos! Surprisingly, the Boomerang at Wild Adventures is fairly smooth. Cheetah, on the other hand, nearly broke my spine!
  2. Great photos! I remember riding the simulator ride. It was the longest line I've waited in all day -- 25 minutes! I remember it was very jerky. Also, the ride film changed periodically from a POV view to a shot of the speedometer and then to Dolly and the hillybilly pilot dude.
  3. ^I don't think I want to see people riding naked, unless they are Playboy Playmates. Still, if you ride naked, I'm bringing a towel to wipe the seat before I sit down! Now Maverick's warning sign isn't too bad. I recall Robb's Japan trip photos where you couldn't take ducks onto rides. Dang it! I wanted to ride with our fowl-feathered friends.
  4. Actually, the exchange rate from UK pounds to US dollars is pretty good. You might get a pretty good deal if you decide to make the journey. WDW has a lot of UK visitors. I must hear more UK accents than any other while wandering around the resort.
  5. ^I imagine the injections will be much like Drago's training montage in "Rocky IV."
  6. It's funny, but I was able to recognize the coaster in the photo in less than 10 seconds. Pepsi Max is kind of boring as others have said. The first drop is good, but after that, it's a mine ride.
  7. www.myspace.com/barryhom Feel free to add me.
  8. OK, fess up...who giggled at the name "Gaylord?" Man, that resort is beautiful! Rooms are probably 5 gillion dollars a night!
  9. ^Oh, I'm confusing the Caro-Seuss-Sel photo with the Seuss Sky Trolley. I thought the trolley had a baby seat. I thought KidTum's first Jeff Johnston credit was the Orient Express at SFMM?
  10. ^I think her real credit will be in Japan. She can also pull a Jeff Johnston and count the Seuss Sky Trolley.
  11. ^As for hotels, I always try to look for a Motel 6. Why? - They're usually easy to find (usually right off an Interstate exit) - They're relatively cheap - You know what to expect -- a cheap, clean, no frills hotel
  12. AAA members get a 10 percent discount on tickets.
  13. I'm a non-smoker. Never have smoked and never will. The only thing I smoke are sausages!
  14. I give Fire the slight edge because it has that extra "flip" at the end. Ice just rolls into the station. Still, I ride them both. I ride Fire in the back and Ice in the front. You just can't get enough of the wall!
  15. Robb and Elissa have been banned from every theme and amusement park.
  16. ^Imagine a water gun attack on Panera Bread.
  17. ^Yep, just look at his tattoo.
  18. I'm just wondering as KidTums gets older, will she still be called KidTums? At 16, will we call her "TeenageTums?" When she is 20, will she be called "Sorority GirlTums?" When she turns 25, will she be "On the Fast Path to SuccessTums?" At 30, will we call her "MommyTums?" At 60, will her name be "GrandmaTums?" At 100, will she be called "DeadTums?"
  19. Great PTR! Silly boy, you don't need a FP for BTTF. Use the single rider's line!
  20. I would like to see a Dorney Park PTR as long as it has at least 1 of the following photos: - Coaster photo through the trees - Blurry photo - Tiny photo - Trash can photo
  21. It should be called "Illuminations: Things that Blow Up Real Good."
  22. I would save Blue Streak after you've ridden the other stuff. I've never seen a line more than 10 minutes for it. Most of the time, you have to wait 1 train to ride unless you're waiting for the front row.
  23. If you park across the street from BGA, it'll be at least a 10-15 minute walk to the front gates.
  24. If you really want to arrive at BGA an hour early, you can park across the street at the IHOP, McDonald's, or the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it though. If you're not a paying customer at those establishments, you will probably get your car towed. I'm still trying to figure out why you want to arrive at BGA an hour early. The ticket booths won't be open. None of the coasters will be even testing. The bathroom by the entrance may be open. I suppose you can be first in line to the entrance turnsiles, but you can use the Nariobi Gate so you can be steps closer to Montu. The best advice is to pay for parking in the BGA parking lot. It's never opened more than 30 minutes before the official park opening.
