I'll try to answer as best i can. 1) Never stayed there so I can't comment. However you said you were camping out of your van. Is your van a class B motorhome or just a van. If it's a class B you could try staying at Camper Village. Then you could get into the park 1 hour early to ride before the GP. 2) There is no separate toll charge, just the $10 parking fee. 3) When I went last week it was sitting around the $4 per/gallon mark. Don't count on it being that cheap in August. 4) Fast food is your normal $4-5 a meal like everywhere else. There is a Meijer on US-250, the main way in from the turnpike, that should have camping supplies and groceries. They also have discounted CP tickets if you don't have passes. 5) Depends on if everything is running, what day of the week it is, and how fast you move through the park. On a weekday I've hit every coaster in the park in one day. It's a tight squeeze, but it's doable. If you want to take your time and re-ride your favorites 2 days should plenty. Maybe 3 if you want to hit up soak city too. 6) I've yet to go there so I can't comment yet. 7) I have not had to deal with there disability policies personally so I do not know. I found some info here though. Hopefully someone else could help you on that. Hope this answerers some of your questions.

It looks like JK Rowling has leaked that there will be another attraction tentatively named "Hogwart’s Introduction To Magic". http://www.screamscape.com/html/islands_of_adventure.htm The article says it's a demonstration so I'm wondering if it would be something like Poseidon.

It depends on what you are doing and who is running it. For lazy rivers and wave pools I've never had a problem wearing my glasses. Body slides I've always had to take them off. Tube slides are a crap shoot. Depends on the lifeguard running that particular slide.

They should use Son of Beast as part of the finale for some Independence Day fireworks. Last fireworks go boom and all of a sudden SOB goes up in flames! It brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it.

About 3 hours for Millennium Force. We waited about two hours and were 3 trains away when a nasty storm hit. Most people left the line but we decided to wait it out in the station. The storm finally lets up, we get our ride and head for the gate. Right as we get to the car it starts pouring again. I couldn't stop laughing at the thought of all those people who had left the line, and came running back when it stopped raining just to be rained out again.

I used to be scared of any coaster that had inversions. Then in 7th grade I went to Cedar Point on a band trip. Needless to say I was not about to show my fear in front of my friends, so they got me to go on my first coaster with inversions(I think it was Raptor). Now I'm a junkie!

CP- -Replace Mean Streak with Intamin pre-fab. -Replace Disaster Transport with Sally dark ride. -Add option for one day unlimited drink passes. -Add misters to all queues. -All new rides have theming (trash cans don't count). -Soak City included with admission to Cedar Point. -Add ProSlide Tornado to Soak City. -Add ProSlide Rocket to Soak City. -Add original themed restaurant. -Lower prices for midway games. Oh and remove Iron Dragon and replace with aquatrax!

^ I like this idea. It solves the problem of what to do with the cup when going on rides.
